Casa Lorenzo is a 50 sqm nice 2 bedroom flat, it enjoys an exclusive use 4x8m swimming pool, a veranda with outdoor furniture. It is located in the country side and is surrounded by lemon and orange trees. Only 6km from the city of Siracusa and only 8 min' driving distance to the sandy beach of Arenella. It is made of a large dining/living area with windows looking on the garden, 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with single beds)
and 2 bathrooms, washing machine and air-conditioning/heating.

Retreat to chill

we had a very pleasant stay. everything was very clean and well maintained. An absolute plus is of course the private pool. But we also really enjoyed the large open living area.

Lovely Villa

A lovely property in a quiet location. Beautiful pool and efficient air conditioning which was welcome as it was very hot during our stay. Very comfortable. A great location close to a lovely beach and syracusa. I would recommend a car to get around. Very warm welcome from the hosts with lots of valuable local information.

Nice place with a great pool

The house was well suited to our needs as a small family, especially having two separate bed & bathrooms. The biggest plus is definitely the rather spacious pool. One suggestion for the owner would be to install Moskito nets in all the windows, since they can really be a pest at night.

Private resort on Sicily

We had a wonderful time in this well located home, only a short drive away from Siracusa. We have never been welcomed before with a delicious pasta-dish! Also first needs were provided: tea, coffee, water, toast, jam etc, even a bottle of wine. All very attentive. Stephania was helpful beforehand and gave us very useful information at our arrival, which really helped us to find our way and she was always reachable. The garden is a wonderful place to spend time in, it is always possible to find a sunny or shady place. The owner has placed sunbeds and good seating outside. The house was clean, the beds are comfortable, the livingroom annex kitchen is basic but the seating is pleasurable. Th contact with the owner was friendly. We would love to come back!

Lovely Stay with a Few Inconveniences

We recently stayed here and had an overall nice experience. The property itself is beautiful, clean, modern, and well-maintained. The garden and pool were definitely highlights, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We especially appreciated the air conditioning and the quality facilities, which made our stay comfortable. However, there were a few inconveniences that we feel could be improved. One strange issue was that the lights automatically switched off at 11:50 p.m. every night, leaving us in complete darkness in the garden and communal area after midnight with no control over it. This was quite unsettling. Additionally, the parking arrangement was a bit odd. Even though there was space near our gate, we had to park further away from the property, which was inconvenient, especially when carrying bags. We also noticed that the kitchen tap didn’t have much hot water, making it difficult to wash dishes. Another thing to mention is that we weren’t informed that the property owner would be checking the pool every morning. The first day, she came in unexpectedly while we were still in the house, which was a bit intrusive. While we understand the need for pool maintenance, a quick message beforehand would have been appreciated. All in all, despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay thanks to the welcoming ambiance and the beautiful surroundings. With a few adjustments, this place could be perfect!

Zwischen Antike und Strand

11 min in die Altstadt und 11 min an den Strand. Der Pool wurde ausgiebig genutzt und es gab ein Willkommengeschenk, herrlich erholt!

Grüne Oase

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der FeWo. Die Kommunikation mit Vanessa lief super. Sie war sehr hilfsbereit und immer nett und freundlich. Der Außenbereich hat uns am besten gefallen. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell am Strand oder in den umliegenden Städten. Vielen Dank und allen weiteren Gästen eine tolle Zeit :)

Magnifiques vacances à Syracuse

Magnifiques vacances à Syracuse. Vanessa est une hôte très prévenante et sympathique. La maison est accueillante et agréable à vivre et bien sûr la piscine est un vrai plus surtout pour les enfants ! L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter les plus beaux sites de la côte est de la Sicile à commencer par Syracuse, mais aussi Noto, L'Etna, Taormine... Plages à proximité. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir : )

Top Haus mit idealer Lage

Wir haben unsere Zeit im Haus sehr genossen. Es war sehr sauber und alles ist in einem guten renovierten Zustand. Der Garten ist super, komplett privat und uneinsehbar. Pool, Liegen und Gartenmöbel waren top. Die Lage ist unschlagbar um Syrakus und den Großteil der Ostküste zu erkunden. Vanessa ist eine super Gastgeberin, war immer erreichbar und sowohl beim Check-In und -Out anwesend. Sie hat weitere Privathäuser auf dem Grundstü k, ideal also für mehrere Familien.

Erholung unter Palmen am Pool

Das Ferienhaus ist schön und ruhig inmitten von Zitronenfeldern gelegen. Bei unserer Ankunft hatte uns Vanessa begrüßt und mit allen hilfreichen Informationen versorgt. Sie hatte uns außerdem den Kühlschrank mit Getränken und einem leckeren Nudelsalat gefüllt. Vanessa war während unseres Aufenthalts für uns jederzeit schnell über Handy erreichbar. Wir haben die 2 Wochen in diesem Feriendomizil sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung war gut. Alles war wir brauchten, war da. Besonders gefallen hat uns der herrliche Pool, der super gepflegt war (bisher der Beste den wir erlebt haben).

Erholsame Oase

Schöne Unterkunft, nur wenige Minuten von Siracusa entfernt. Sehr schöner, nicht einsehbarer Außenbereich für gemütliche Stunden am Pool. Als die Waschmaschine erst nicht ging, war Vanessa sofort zur Stelle und hat sich gekümmert. Auto unbedingt nötig.

Jolie petite maison avec sa piscine privée et beau jardin arboré au calme. Parking privé sécurisé. Idéal pour des vacances et de la détente. Commerces à 5mn en voiture et 10mn pour Ciracuse. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Très bon sejour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette petite maison très bien équipée (la piscine est un gros + que nous avons bien apprécié), très bien située au calme, à proximité des plages et de la superbe ville de Syracuse. Peut-être un petit bémol, le matelas de la chambre parentale est assez inconfortable. A part ce détail notre séjour était parfait

Vacaciones estupendas en Siracusa

La casa está muy bien, se corresponde con el anuncio. La dueña es muy atenta. Vive al lado y está siempre disponible si hay algún problema. Le comentamos un par de detalles durante la estancia y en seguida los solucionó. Lo mejor de nuestra estancia: la tranquilidad del entorno, la piscina y el aire acondicionado. Lo que se puede mejorar: poner microondas en la cocina y mejorar la limpieza del menaje de cocina. La única pega que ponemos a la casa son los desagües de los baños. En uno de ellos olía muy mal, no pudimos usarlo. Lo cerramos el primer día y usamos sólo el otro baño.

Private Idylle

Gefallen hat uns dass Haus und Garten für andere völlig uneinsehbar sind, beide Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad haben und klimatisiert sind. Wohnraum und Küche sind ein bisschen sparsam möbliert, aber Gartenmöbel sind ausreichend vorhanden und der eigene Pool ein toller Luxus. Leider konnten wir uns wegen einer Mückenplage praktisch nicht im Garten aufhalten, was sehr schade war. Ansonsten gute Lage für Fahrten nach Syrakus und an die umliegenden Strände.

Perfekt zur einen entspannten Urlaub

Das Haus ist Teil eines Objekts mit mehreren Wohneinheiten. Es hat einen sehr idyllisch angelegten und von außen nicht einsehbaren Garten mit großem (und überraschend tiefem) Pool. Innen ist alles sehr geschmackvoll dekoriert. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war sehr professionell. Für Italien überraschend spracht die Ansprechpartnerin sehr gut Englisch. Sie hat uns auch super Tipps für Syrakus gegeben. Das Haus liegt nur 10 min von Syrakus entfernt und auch andere schöne Ausflugsziele sind nahe. Zur Begrüßung hatten die Vermieter eine Grundausstattung Lebensmittel, Wein und Bier sowie einen echt leckeren Pasta-Salat bereit gestellt. Es war Tag und Nacht absolut ruhig. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist das teilweise etwas holperige W-Lan zur Prime-Time, wenn alle Gäste in ihren Häusern sind. Aber wer braucht schon W-Lan bei der herrlichen Umgebung. ;)

heaven is a place on earth

this place is so nice. had a lovely welcome with water, wine, beer and a pasta dish. the house is beautiful and missing nothing you need to feel well. the pool is great and Sirakus almost just around the corner - 15 mins by car. Stephanie got us a helping hand whenever necessary. There's only one really bad thing about it: You have to leave when it's over ;)

Insgesamt sehr schön!

Mein Verlobter und ich haben gemeinsam mit seinen Eltern in diesem Ferienhaus 12 Tage verbracht. Die Außenanlagen ist sehr schön, man hat seine Ruhe und der Pool wurde einmal die Woche gereinigt. Lediglich die Liegen sind zum Teil schon in die Jahre gekommen und könnten mal ausgetauscht werden. Der Innenbereich ist grundsätzlich sehr schön aufgeteilt. Die Kochnische ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Stühle sind sehr einfach und bei langem Sitzen teilweise unbequem. Die Schlafzimmer sind schön, nach einer Woche bekam man neue Handtücher und das Bett wurde ebenfalls frisch bezogen. Lediglich die Matratzen sind sehr weich, was den ein oder anderen evtl. stören könnte. Bei unserer Ankunft wartete ein gefüllter Kühlschrank mit Wasser, Milch, Bier und einem sehr leckeren Nudelsalat auf uns. Check in und Check out waren sehr einfach und unkompliziert, die Besitzer jederzeit über WhatsApp erreichbar. Die Lage ist perfekt für jeden der Syrakus und Umgebung erkunden will. Auch Tagesausflüge zum Ätna, Taormina und Céfalu waren problemlos mit dem Mietwagen möglich ☺️👍🏼

Sehr ruhige, versteckte Lage

Wir waren dort mit zwei erwachsenen Kindern, die Lage ist extrem ruhig, da Grundstück sehr versteckt und nicht einsehbar. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, sogar ein Grill war da obwohl der gar nicht in der Ausstattung stand ☺️ Haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen, Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung (speziell Sirakusa war wunderschön, und der Aufstieg auf dem Ätna unvergesslich). Würden immer gerne wieder kommen 👍

2 week stay in August 2020

Very clean property with good en-suite bathrooms. The garden was a decent size with plenty of shade and the kids loved the pool. Location is ideal for easy access to Siracusa as well other sites in the South East with Ragusa and even Etna all a fairly easy drive. There are decent local beaches at Arenella which is only 10 minutes away.

Excellent accueil de Stéphanie qui est toujours disponible et de très bon conseil. Salade d'accueil et boissons fraiches à l'arrivée, ce qui est très appréciable. Villa et piscine conformes aux photos.
