The Apartment is located in Poble Sec, one of the more exciting neighborhoods in Barcelona. It is a culturally diverse hotshot, close to nightlife, restaurants, a definite favorite amongst visitors to Barcelona. Everything you need for a private, comfortable, convenient and affordable stay (A / C, Heater System, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, TV).

This is a self-serviced Apartment which will fit 10 guests comfortably. Guests will have access to everything seen in the pictures !.

Un super sejour au centre de barcelone , logement bien situé, propreté du logement impeccable. Petit bémol, manque un peu de vaisselle pour accueillir 10 personnes et lits d appoint (canapés) pas très confortables.

Outstanding stay in Barcelona
Owner was there to greet us with plenty of information about the apartment and neighborhood. The unit was clean and spacious., just as advertised, great for a family trip. Lots of interesting restaurants within easy walking distance. We highly recommend this place!

L'appartamento è molto be...
L'appartamento è molto bello e dotati di tutti i comfort, la zona è ben servita da tre linee della metro e dagli autobus e a pochi metri c'è un supermercato molto economico. Abbiamo trovato la casa pulita e i proprietari sono stati molto gentili, saremmo rimasti li ancora molto tempo se avessimo potuto!

Beaucoup d'attentions dans les détails, corbeille de fruits, thés, draps et linges fournis. Très bon rapport qualité prix. La relation avec le propriétaire est basée sur la confiance, très agréable ! Côté moins (mais pas grave) : ventilation un peu bruyante la nuit, un des lits un peu difficile à manoeuvrer (il ne tient pas en place correctement), odeur de renfermé que l'on perçoit en venant de l'extérieur, mais qui s'oublie une fois dedans."
