Lodge With Private Garden In Country Village - Pets Welcome

The Lodge is a detached one bedroomed unit and it is available all year round for up to two adult guests. We are happy to accommodate a baby, with no charge for the 'extra guest'! We have a travel cot and high-chair for your use if required (subject to availability). The property has a large south-facing patio area overlooking a private garden for your exclusive use with seating for four. There is a barbecue and access to a shed for two bikes. We provide you with the 'essentials' for your arrival such as tea, coffee and sugar, hand soap, cleaning products for the kitchen and bathroom, as well as washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets to start you off. There is a sofa bed in the lodge which can accommodate an extra guest .
The Royal Oak pub next door is excellent for food and also accepts dogs.
Abberley Lodge is excellently located to explore the forest and the coast .

The Perfect Getaway
Clean, well-appointed luxury lodge in an idyllic location. The lodge had everything we needed and extras also provided including Prosecco and robes. The owners have thought of everything to make the stay as perfect as possible. We will be returning and we have already recommended the lodge to family!

The cottage was beautiful and well equipped. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, and they had many nice touches in the house. It was very dog friendly with an enclosed garden and they provided treats and toys. We would definitely stay here again.

Forest break
Lovelly lodge, far enough from house to be private, close enough if if help needed. Pub next door,great food and staff.dogs welcomed and treated like people. Ponies and donkeys all around deer nearby, relaxing and peaceful. Dog catered for by owners,treats,blankets,walk maps,all greatly appreciated. Only issue for me was the bed, but then thats a personal thing i guess.

Comfortable Lodge
The Lodge was tastefully furnished and we had everything we needed. We felt very comfortable and relaxed for our 3 nights. Our dog enjoyed the enclosed garden and he could wander in and out from the patio door at his leisure. Welcome gifts much appreciated and Graham and Teresa such nice people, very helpful and available if needed. A place we would definitely go back to.

Perfect peaceful and relaxing
The poperty was very clean and stylish with lots of extra little touches added to make it feel special. Hosts were friendly and welcoming and even brought us an Anniversary gift which was very thoughtful. Lots of wildlife on the doorstep including the lovely New Forest ponies and deer in the field behind the cottage. We loved our stay.

Absolutely wonderful!
It is hard to put into words how wonderful our stay was. The lodge is absolutely amazing. The facilities, decoration and setting are all exceptional. Everything you could possibly need has been thought of. It was one of the best places we have ever stayed. What made it even better was Teresa and Graham who are the most hospitable, helpful and kind hosts you could wish for. We cannot wait to go back.

Abberley Lodge
A lovely property set in a beautiful, secure, dog friendly garden, which was important to us. The property was well presented. It was impeccably clean and had everything to ensure your stay was comfortable and pleasing. The location was brilliant. Very quiet but plenty of nice places to walk the dog not being far away. We were sad to leave and I think the dog was too! We are looking forward to a return visit sometime soon.

Beautiful well equipped lodge
Fantastic location to explore the New Forest and coast. This very well equipped lodge is nice and private with its own good sized secure garden to be enjoyed by all including the dog. The excellent hosts have thought of everything you might need and also provided some lovely extras for our anniversary and to settle us in. Graham was on hand for advice and checked if everything was ok, but without ever intruding on our privacy, prefect. This is truly a little haven providing everything you need for a relaxing break. Thank you!

Amazing stay
The property is clean, well equipped and in first class condition.Our hosts had catered for every need. We honestly couldn't fault anything. Our host met us at the door and showed us round. They had made up a welcome hamper and because it was our Golden Wedding anniversary,they had left a helium balloon,bubbly in a cooler,chocolates and much more. They went out of their way to make our stay a great one. We got useful travel tips from Graham and used his directions to good effect. The area is very pleasant. As we left,Graham gave us a travel bag with water,snacks and even catered for our dog. Honestly they couldn't have done more for us and we thank them for a magical stay.

Perfect!
Our second time staying and it won’t be the last. Gorgeous lodge with absolutely everything you could need. Our hosts Teresa and Graham couldn’t do enough for us and several times went above and beyond. Idyllic location, with a fabulous pub next door, ponies everywhere, cows now and then and deer visiting the back garden. Our dog went mad when he realised where he was and dragged me all the way to the garden gate!

The property is situated in the hamlet of North Gorley, and has a country pub 'The Royal Oak' next door. The outlook is fantastic, the area peaceful and the locals all very friendly!
