Also the house is located right across the street from Basketball Courts, Tennis Courts, Pickle Ball courts, and Ball fields so the adults and children can get out of the house and at almost anytime with no inconvenience.
The living room (with ceiling fan) and dining area have vaulted ceilings with many windows and lots of light. There is a 55" smart HDTV with cable, WIFI, and DVD in the living room, along with a stereo system, and ceiling fan. Along with central air, there is also a ceiling fan in every bedroom to help assure your sleeping comfort.
