Magnifique appartement dans le centre de Marbella

Superbe appartement très agréable à vivre, bien équipé, dans une résidence calme et très bien entretenue. La plage est juste devant, la piscine juste en dessous, la promenade du front de mer passe devant la résidence. Tout est accessible à pied, que ce soit les magasins pour les courses, les magasins pour le shopping, les bars, les restaurants, la vieille ville... La place de parking en sous-sol est appréciable et indispensable, mais très difficile d'accès avec un grand véhicule type SUV. Contrairement à ce qui est écrit dans de précédents avis, pas de passage pour changement de draps et de serviettes, mais stock de serviettes supplémentaires disponible dans un placard et lave-linge + sèche-linge donc aucun problème. Le seul désagrément que nous avons rencontré concerne notre contact sur place : aucune information reçue pour les modalités d'arrivée, ni sur Abritel, ni par mail. Assistance Abritel contactée pour obtenir les coordonnées téléphoniques de l'hôte ou son représentant mais personne TRÈS difficilement joignable !!! Toutefois l'accueil à notre arrivée a été parfait, avec visite de l'appartement et explications données. Mais, même problème pour le départ, impossible de joindre l'hôte, que ce soit par téléphone ou par message. Aucune instruction sur les modalités de départ. Heureusement qu'il n'est rien arrivé de grave pendant notre séjour ! Ceci mis à part, cet appartement et sa localisation valent vraiment le détour. A recommander assurément.

A divine apartment in the beach

Superb beachside apartment close to Marbella old town

Emma was very accommodating with the check in process which made a huge difference for us travelling with a baby. The apartment was fantastic. The complex had a secure door that opened on to the boardwalk directly on to the beach. Beautiful views over the water. A 5 minute walk to the start of the old town and restaurants/bars etc. Really enjoyed the stay!

Fabulous apartment

The apartment is wonderful, fantastic views, very spacious and within walking distance to many amenities. Local beach is lovely and quiet with a great beachside restaurant. It felt like home from home, we are certainly returning, thank you Emma!

Tolles Apartment - sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr sauber - zentrale Lage (5 Minuten von Marbella Old Town) - direkt an der Promenade. Check-Inn reibungslos und sehr professionell. Apartment super schön - groß- sehr sauber und ruhig. Man hört nur das Meer und die Möwen. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Fabuleux

Très jolie appartement vue sur la mer très spacieux et très propre une fois par semaine une femme de ménage très agréable vient changer les lits ainsi que le linge de bain.une merveille très bien situé pas besoin de voiture tout à proximité de la résidence commerces,glacier, restaurant centre ville activité location de bateau et de jetski vraiment extra l’appartement et beaucoup plus beau en vrai que en photos et Emma de l’agence immobilière et très professionnelle nous sommes arrivés à presque minuit et elle nous a envoyé un taxi pour nous récupérer à l’aéroport et nous attendez pour nous remettre les clés et à notre départ Emma nous a réservé un taxi qui nous a pris en charge jusqu’à l’aéroport vraiment superbe agence et location que je recommande fortement merci a eux

Perfect location and a superb clean appt. The only thing that could have made it better was a welcome package. It was along day with delays etc and didn't have the basic necessities on arrival not even a toilet roll. Didn't spoil it though was Fab x Thanks Emma Lindsay and Co

Fantastic apartment in great location

My family and I have just spent a week in this apartment and were extremely pleased with it. Accuracy of listing was spot on and the location absolutely perfect for exploring Marbella. It is in a small gated community with front steps leading to the main road with bus stop and a 5 minute walk from the old town and back steps leading straight down to the beach. Considering what a handy location it was also extremely quiet. The property has a very large balcony and lots of communal garden space which was perfect for sunbathing and a pool. Sea view from living area, bedrooms and balcony to die for. Would definitely stay again!

Fabulous Sea Front Apartment

We have just returned from a very enjoyable stay at this lovely apartment. Accommodation was clean, spacious and well equipped. The view is fabulous from the balcony and throughout the day we enjoyed both sun and shade (at the same time) on different parts the balcony (which suited all our group). The accommodation is as described. It's a 10 minute leisurely walk to the hub of things on the front (marina) or about 12 mimutes to the centre of the old town (Plaza de los Naranjos) where there's a huge choice of fabulous restaurants. However there are also cafes, restaurants and bars near the apartmenrt. There is very well stocked Supermarket across the road (less than 5 minutes) that had everything we needed. The communication throughout was great and a very accommodating to our late departure request. We enjoyed the friendly and helpful welcome from Yolanda on our arrival and also our departure. I would have no hesitation in booking again.

We liked everything. The size (3 lovely bedrooms, 2 bathrooms), the view, the garden and the pool, the kitchen and the balcony. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Wifi was good. The host was very helpful. Short distance to everything, - beach, old town, supermarked etc. We could highly recommend this apartment.

This apartment was fantastic, it had wonderful sea views, was very modern spacious and comfortable felt like home from home, as everything you wanted was here. My 16 year old son loved the wifi best we have ever had abroad. I loved chilling in the lounge/balcony or bedroom watching the waves on the sea and my partner enjoyed watching the sky news in the morning. The bedrooms are all very large with comfortable beds, and there were two decent sized bathrooms too. Location was perfect also with steps leading down to the beach or steps up to the main road. I would recommend this apartment to my family and friends - amazing !!

Please note the following is from Wendy and David Throp, the owners of this beautiful apartment.We are a couple in our 50's with a grown up family whose interests include golfing, skiing, shopping, sunbathing and walking - all of which are available from the apartment.
We employ the services of Angela Sharp Property Services, to maintain and clean the apartment as well as meet and look after our guests, whilst we are not in Marbella ourselves.

Why they chose this property

When looking for an apartment to buy, it was with the intention of renting as well as for ourselves, friends and family to enjoy.
We carefully selected the location, wanting both beachfront and central, as not everybody wishes to drive the Spanish roads !
Very happy with our choice,the beach on our doorstep and the delights of Marbella Center with its shops and superb restaurants, the quaint fishing port, Marbella Old town, the nightlife of the 'Port Deportivo' with bars and clubs, all within an easy stroll.
For the more adventurous, it is in a great location to visit many of the Golf Courses, a Skiing day at Sierra Nevada, an historical trip such as Ronda, or possibly lounge at one of the famous beach clubs such as Nikki Beach or Ocean Club'.
There is underground parking (essential !

What makes this property unique

In planning on having a varied selection of guests we have tried to provide every small detail. We even completely ripped out the apartment when we first bought, to rearrange rooms.The kitchen , dinning and living area are now all open plan, nobody wishes to be stuck in the kitchen when on holiday, now you can enjoy the fab views of the sea whilst cooking. Glass curtains when opened allow you to extend the living area to the terrace.
The apartment is fully air conditioned, each room independent from the other, allowing each guest to have their room as they wish,all bedrooms have sea views.
We have a water filtration system so that the water from a tap is safe to drink (no need to carry heavy water bottles from the supermarket).
WIFI, English TV and even board games for the rare rainy days.
