This charming villa is lovely furnished and it is located in a quiet residential area at only 15 minutes walking from the town centre and beach town. This villa is fully equipped and offers all the comforts. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, The living room with comfortable leather sofas is very bright and has direct access to the terrace. The kitchen has an induction hob; grill plate to cook fresh fish/meat, a microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine fully equipped for 6 people. Features of the villa include privacy-large garden, private lovely heated pool. The villa and the terrace area are surrounded by high walls, which makes it both safe and quiet. BBQ.
Electrical pool heating will run from November to April. Outside this period will have an additional cost of 140€/ week. AC-heating system operated by coins in the main bedroom

Quiet and relaxing

Nice property located in a quiet residential area about 20/25 minute walk to the shops and front. Plenty of space for a family or group of friends.

Lovely villa

Quite location but a good 25 minute walk to the sea front. Pool was cleaned on the 6 day so we cleaned it up until then. Shower head in needs replacing. Could not leave windows open as no security bars. All 6 sunbeds are broken. Front door hard to open as catching on the floor. Its a nice villa but need a little work to be great.

Amazing holiday

We have recently come back from a 11 night holiday.. the villa is perfect, outdoor space is amazing everything you could ask for.. Lots of space kids had their own rooms and bathroom.. very comfortable. There was a problem With the water on the first day which was to nobody’s fault just one of those things but Pam was on to it straight away constant communication and the lovely maintenance man got it sorted in the end.. only a 20 minute walk to playa blanca front with all the bars, restaurants and shops. Would recommend hiring a car.. highly recommend staying here we did not want to leave. We cant wait to go back next year. Thanks Pam 😃.

Great winter get away

Will certainly book again, great location, easy to walk into town. Deceptively large villa & pool. If there were complaints, the double bed is metal framed & the linen of poor quality, could be so easy to remedy to feel more luxurious. The TV has loads of channels including sky sports, which is a real bonus, but it buffers, able to watch for a while then it became impossible. The villa accommodates 6 but no matching wine glasses. The crockery was mismatched, minor things when only 2 of you, we ate out all the time, testing the lovely fresh fish....I felt the villa was a bit tired but that would not stop me booking again, the location & pool was amazing.

Lovely villa shame we couldn't use the pool.

My friend and I stayed at the villa. Villa was really good except the beds in the twin bedrooms were too hard for comfort. A memory foam topper would fix that. The double bed was lovely and comfortable. Unfortunately, the electrically heated pool wasn't switched on until the day we arrived (and takes a few days to warm up )so was too cold to swim in for most of the week. Other than that it was a pleasant holiday.

Holiday in the sun

We had a lovely time in Villa Nepal. The accommodation was basically what you'd expect to find in Lanzarote. Positives: Lovely sized pool; good amount of internal space; well stocked kitchen; good communications with owner; lots of UK TV channels; strong wifi signal; good water pressure for showers; easy to find and park car nearby; easy drive to beachfront Negatives: It did feel as though the kitchen could do with a bit of a 'refresh', maybe even some brighter lighting; wifi failed one day (but this was resolved quickly after we raised the issue); need outdoor broom

Playa Blanca fun

We recently stayed at at this lovely villa, clean fabulous cooking facilities, comfortable bed, just a lovely all round stay. Excellent communication from Pam and the team from start to finish. Short drive away from Playa Blanca. One tip i'd give is the air con is only in the main bedroom and it's coin operated. Make sure you stock up on your Euros for the stay as it gets quite hot without it on.

Lovely villa, perfect for easy access to Playa Blanca centre

The villa was great - pool was lovely and in the sun all day. Everything was a great size. Distance from the shops and restaurants of Playa Blanca was excellent, about a 15-20 minute walk. Only downsides were that the loungers could do with an update and there was no full-length mirror! Overall would definitely stay here again.

Home from home but better

Absolutely amazing Villa, the rooms are beautiful, especially the main room which has a door facing the pool area. The kitchen was incredibly equipped with everything you need. The tv system was great and I was able to login to Amazon prime and Netflix to use our own accounts. Pool was amazing, much bigger than the pictures show, the grounds are lovely and the pool was cleaned quickly a few times during our 10 night stay. Pam was such a fantastic asset to the stay. Lovely lady!!! Supermarket literally 3 minute drive and playa Blanca 4 minute drive with free parking everywhere. We discovered the whole of the island and if we come again would definitely use this villa again!!! Perfect!!!

Schönes Haus mit Pool.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und guten Aufenthalt. Die Hausbesitzerin ist schnell zu erreichen auf WhatsApp. Wir können gerne nochmal das Haus buchen. Auf der Website steht, dass das Haus klimatisiert ist. Allerdings kostet das Klima extra. Es müssen Münzen eingeworfen werden, damit man das Klima benutzen kann. Das hat uns sehr überrascht!

Glorious

The villa is lovely, cosy and comfortable but plenty of space for a family of 4. Pam was really helpful and communicative. The pool area is absolutely lovely, and the pool was a good temperature despite the wind on some days. The surface around the pool can get quite slippery when really wet so worth bringing grippy pool shoes for small children. The kitchen is pretty well equipped and we did plenty of cooking at home. The location is ideal - super quiet with amazing views of the red mountain, but also only a very short drive (or 30 min walk with kids) into Playa Flamingo which is a lovely quiet and calm beach with a couple of lovely cafes/restaurants and shops / supermarkets. We had a wonderful holiday - would definitely recommend Villa Nepal and will be back for sure!

2nd time at this Villa and it didn’t disappoint. Kids loved the private pool, so quiet in the area but only a short drive into the town for dinner and shopping. Communication with Pam was great. Will back soon

Lovely apartment - couple of issues

This apartment was lovely, clean and the pool was great fun. Communication with Pam was excellent. However, there was an issue with the dishwasher wiring burning and causing a power cut (rendering the dishwasher unusable 5 days into our 9 day stay) which I feel could have been dealt with better. The machine was not fixed or checked - we were advised not to use it and because close to the end of our stay, the owner decided to replace after we had left rather than get it fixed. That's understandable, of course it is, but that didn't help us on our holiday! Also, we were expecting the apartment to be cleaned 7 days in, and towels and bed linen changed - as per information given at booking and in the guest brochure, but that didn't happen. Explanation given was that this information was incorrect and would be changed. So, all in all, it was a lovely villa and we had a really relaxing, fabulous time in Lanzarote. But you do tend to remember the niggly bits!!

Lovely quiet location though quite along trek to the seafront. Villa had everything we needed for a week away in the sun. Agent Pamela sorted out any problems we had straight away and was very easy to contact

A very pleasant villa with a decent sized pool, well furnished and enough cutlery, crockery etc to feed an army. The TV stalled quite often to start with but a chat with the contact given by the agents sorted it all out quickly. The area is generally quiet with a little construction noise in the background. Shops, restaurants, beaches are a drive away (or a good walk if you're fitter than us.

Nice villa, clean and quiet

Lovely villa in a quiet location. Very clean, spacious and had all of the necessities needed, including bedding, towels, plates, glasses, cooking ware and utensils. Location was great for adults, about a 30 minute walk into the centre of Playa Blanca. We had young children so a bit of a walk for them and would be better to hire a car. Very quiet though and perfect if you’re looking for peace and quiet. The swimming pool was a great size, although not quite as clear and blue as the picture. I did mention it to the contact at the end and to be fair they said they would have sent the maintenance person over if we’d raised it earlier. It wasn’t really a problem, just not as nice looking as the picture. However the rest of the pool area was great with loads of space, 6 sun beds, a bbq and lots of space. Communication with Pam of the management company was excellent, very quick to respond, very helpful throughout. We booked the holiday prior to COVID 19 even being a thing. At one stage we asked to move it to 2021 but was told this was only possible if the flights were cancelled, which was frustrating at the time, especially as the UK Government was advising not to travel. However once we’d decided to go, it all went smoothly and we were glad we went, even with having to quarantine on our return.

Too away from it all

Roomy, well laid out and good for self catering with lots of kitchen equipment. Bathrooms were good as was the outside space which gave all day sunshine, clouds permitting. Lots of TV options including sky and bt and films galore, albeit internet based and so subject to buffering which could yield prolonged gaps. Internet strength inconsistent.

Uitstekende locatie

Super nette en schone woning en een super verwarmd zwembad met veel privacy. Reken wel op een 20 tot 25 wandelen naar de boulevard maar wij vonden dit geen bezwaar. Het is een geschakelde bungalow in een rustige omgeving. Een aanrader.

Family holiday

We had a lovely stay at Villa Nepal over the New Year. The villa provided everything we needed and was in a nice, quiet location. The main promenade took us about 25 minutes to walk to but it is only about 5 minutes in a taxi if you need to carry shopping from the supermarket. It was so nice to get some winter sun after a hectic Christmas and we felt very relaxed after spending a week here.

Absolutely fantastic villa.

We've rented many holiday properties in Canary islands and this villa is the best we had so far. We've chosen it partly because of very positive reviews and we haven't been disappointed, it even exceeded our expectations. The villa is very spacious, clean, tastefully decorated, on a big plot. Heated pool is really heated (unlike in many other properties). It was cold when we came because the villa was unoccupied before us, so we contacted Pam and she sent a pool guy who adjusted the heating timer and it took about a day for the pool to get warm. Inside the villa is equipped with everything you need, even the kitchen knives were sharp, which is the first time ever I've found sharp knives in a rented property :) Thank you Pam!

Absolutely brilliant villa

We’ve just spent a fantastic week at Villa Nepal. The location was perfect & within walking distance of Playa Blanca. The property was beautiful, clean & nicely furnished. Great pool area with plenty of space & sunbeds. Pam, the property manager was brilliant & so helpful & directly contactable if there were any issues, but thankfully we didn’t have any!! Would definitely book this villa again & would highly recommend it

excellent villa

Just got back from 2 weeks @ Villa Nepal, and to be honest the Villa was better than I expected. I read previous reviews and all turned out to be a true reflection of the Villa, ( excellent villa manager, 25 minute walk to the town center, less than €4 in a taxi, spacious villa, beautiful pool etc.) The pool was quite warm if you got under the poolside shower before getting in. Even in October there was no need for pool heating. Pam the Villa manager was absolutely brilliant on arrival and during our stay. We were unfortunate enough to be caught out by the Thomas Cook collapse, and Pam called rouind to see if there was anything she could do. For me that goes above and beyond the call of duty. We would definitely stay at the villa again given the opportunity. Thank you Pam, and thank you Nils
