A superb 5 bedroom 4 bathroom villa with a swimming pool and jacuzzi (can be heated individually) overlooking the 18th fairway. The villa is a short walk from the 5 star hotel and spa, supermarket, golf club, social centre with gym, pool and tennis court. There are 4 restaurants and a bar within the same walking distance. Despite the proximity to activity the villa remains private and undisturbed. The best of all worlds! The sandy beaches of Mar Menor, known for its excellent sheltered water sports, is less than a ten minute drive away. Other amenities on the resort include the MMGR which offers padel tennis, a gym crazy putting and other activities. There is a golf range and practice area, children play areas and a children’s club (available in summer). ‘El Boulevard’ outside the gate provides a variety of restaurants and bars. All of the above are within easy walking distance. The property is perfect for families and golfers. Mar Menor Golf Resort is a gated community with 24 hour security surveillance.
The pool can be heated at an extra cost. There is also a cost per person for the use and laundering of our property manager's bedlinen and towels.

Brilliant stay

Amazing stay! Property is centrally located to the hotel and strip. Property was clean and tidy. We had a couple of small issues but Joy sorted these out quickly and efficiently. Would definitely stay again.

Great holiday

We all had lovely stay and fab holiday. Great location, lovely and very friendly environment;) one thing I’d like point on one thing that downstairs air conditioner wasn’t working properly;( air conditioner is old and needs to be replaced.

Family and friends holiday

We rented the villa for two family’s with adults, teens and children, 9 in total. The size was perfect especially having 4 bathrooms. The outside space was excellent, the pool was much bigger than we expected from the photos and there were many inflatables to use which the kids loved. The villa was clean and very well maintained and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday in the sun. The golf resort was lovely, very clean, well maintained with lots of activities and a good shop onsite. This is a fabulous large villa on a beautiful resort.

Lovely well furnished villa

Excellent stay . Really well stocked with everything you would wish for downstairs, crockery , cutlery , electrical appliances etc and lots of comfy seating , The pool was lovely and lots of pool toys provided. Position of house great for popping to hotel for food/drinks or a round of golf and walking distance to “the strip” for the bars/restaurants . 4 bedrooms upstairs , 2 en-suite plus another main bathroom And one double downstairs with another shower room . Didn’t have top sheets on a few beds but just thicker duvet style covers . ( wasn’t a problem) lots of cupboard space . Air con works very well upstairs Bit warm downstairs even with air con and doors closed , it didn’t give out much cold air whilst mega hot temperatures in August . The ceiling fans just seemed to push hot air round . Joy the manager was very friendly and helpful as was the owner,Kate . A very enjoyable stay in lovely large villa

Superb First Class Villa!!

We stayed at Kate’s fabulous villa as 7 people (Family of 4 & Family of 3 with teenagers). Upon arrival, the first words were “Wow!! all round. We were met by Joy who was fantastic & gave us plenty of advice about the local area, she was only too happy to help with any questions we The villa is absolutely spotless!!! There is everything you need there to make it feel very homely. The open plan living / kitchen / dining are was lovely & was great for us as a large group. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of crockery, cutlery & the large fridge / freezer / ice dispenser was great. There were also board games, books,dvd’s for use as well if needed. The garden shed is well stocked with chairs, inflatables, balls, and even 2 bikes to use around the site. The pool, jacuzzi and large terrace was fabulous and was perfect to cool off, there were plenty of sun loungers to use. The whole golf resort is spotless and has a nice safe family feel to it, there are plenty of amenities, bars, restaurants, pools on site with lots more only a short walk away at the nearby boulevard. The villa is in a great central location & is very close to everything. The on site shop was very well stocked and the staff were very friendly. We honestly could not fault anything. This is a stunning villa on a spotless site which is well maintained by Joy and the team at Villa Solera, who provide a first class service to ensure the property is in tip top condition. We wish we could have stayed longer!

WE HAVE JUST COME BACK FROM THIS OUTSTANDING VILLA...MISSING IT ALREADY ..WEVE STAYED ON THE COMPLEX BEFORE BUT THIS VILLA IS GREAT ...BEDS ARE SO COMFY ..THE POOL IS GREAT ESPECIALY THE POSITION OF IT THE SUNS ALWAYS ON IT SO ITS NEVER COLD JUST RIGHT ....AND THE JACUZZI .. PLENTY OF COCKERY..GOOD WHITE GOODS ...VERY CLEAN WHICH IS DOWN TO JOY AND HER TEAM LOOKING AFTER THE VILLA SHES A GEM ...LOTS OF SPACE FOR LARGE GROUPS THAT YOUR NOT ON TOP OF EACH OTHER .. GREAT HAVING THE EXTRA BBQ ...GOOD AMOUNT OF SEATING AND LOUNGERS OUTSIDE .. ITS A MINUTE WALK TO THE SUPERMARKET ...OR A 10 MINUTE STROLL TO LOTS OF RESTAURANTS ..WE ATE IN ROUTE 66 AND SHAMROCK ALL VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY ...ALSO THE CLUB HOUSE WAS OK FOR SNACKS....TORRE PACHECO HAS A GREAT LITTLE MARKET ON A SATURDAY AND A FAB CAKE SHOP NEARBY ! ..... Villa is so light and cool with the windows open, did not need the air con on at all. The pool is perfect, sun all day, could not fault anything, would return anytime.

2 weeks in paradise

The description of the property didn, t do it justice, it was very good indeed with very high standards of cleaning together with excellent layout and superb furnishings. There were great additions including bikes, balls and lots of other leisure items . The location was perfect for the local shop , tennis court and all the hotel had to offer , the golf course was only a 2 minute walk away . The manager of the house( Joy) was there to meet us and on the end the phone on the 2 occasions we called her , her responses were quick , efficient and very helpful I would certainly recommend the villa to anyone looking for a high standard villa

Excellent villa - highly recommended

We stayed at this villa before the current owners extended it, with 5 superb bedrooms and 3 bathrooms upstairs makes it ideal for large families. The villa has everything you could ask for, just like being at home. Pool and patio area is just as fantastic as the villa, very relaxing, quiet and private. Loved sitting in the jacuzzi in the afternoon when in full sun very relaxing. Villa was spotless when we arrived, we were greeted by Joy who was great, always available to answer any queries we had, even before we arrived for our holiday- thanks Joy. The location within the resort is perfect with the supermarket and a couple of restaurants a stones throw away. I love what you've done to the villa Kate thanks for making our holiday so perfect. I highly recommend this villa and will definitely be visiting again.
