Late 18th century villa situated in the peaceful town of Mandelieu which is twenty minutes drive from Nice airport and a short drive from the beaches of Cannes and Theole. Also within a short drive are two golf courses and the lake St. Cassien.
The listing covers the main house which accommodates eight people.
The town center is close by with . If you are staying in, there is a big garden for the kids to play in and a pool which is close to the house so that you can keep an eye on them. There are several oak and eucalyptus trees for shady areas for the adults.

Great vacation

Charlotte is a perfect host, very friendly and helpful. The house is very beautiful and well served, there is everything you need to enjoy a fantastic stay! The location is also great, near the town and near the beaches. Highly recommended :-)

Beautiful house in Mandelieu

A beautiful and well appointed family home. Excellent facilities and very comfortable. The free local bus service makes it easy to get to the beach front, evening summer markets and restaurants of you don't want the 10 minute drive. A great base for visiting nearby towns of Nice and Monaco. The host is very accomodating and happy to help with any questions. Thank you for a lovely stay!

South of France Home Base

Loved our stay at this well appointed, spacious home in Mandelieu. Plenty of room for our family. Lovely outdoor space - secure parking. Nice pool and yard. Close to day trips: Cannes, Eze, Nice, Mougins, St Tropez....but Mandelieu is wonderful in itself. Great beach, restaurants and walking paths. Charlotte was wonderful to work with - vacation exceeded expectations.

Beautiful home in the sun.

We had an amazing time at this wonderful house. It is centrally located to some of the best beaches in the south of France. The house is a true home from home, with many thoughtful touches provided, such as citronella candles, and an abundance of books. The pool and outdoor seating area are a wonderful place to relax after a busy day spent exploring. Charlotte went above and beyond as a host, picking up our eldest son from the train station as our arrival was delayed. Thank you for our lovely holiday.

Perfect

Beautiful big house with very lovely outdoor space. It's well equipped and has everything needed (towels, barbecue, sun cream etc.) The host Charlotte was lovely and helpful.

Perfect stay

Charlotte offered a beautiful, cosy, family driven property that is fully equipped! Including extra towels for sun bathing at the beach, sun cream, toys, kitchen accessories and gaz barbecue where we could have so great family dinners. We had a great time here and regret to leave so soon... Thank you Charlotte!

Merveilleuse propriété proche tous commerces

Dans un magnifique jardin cette belle demeure nous a totalement conquis. Terrasse et extérieurs très conviviaux Décoration soignée et équipements nombreux. Sans parler de la propriétaire charlotte qui a été charmante et extrêmement disponible. N’hésitez pas !!!

Gréât stay in a beautiful house

The house is comfortable and the garden is beautiful. New pool facing the nice garden. Very calm, 2 minutes walk to the main road of Mandelieu, so very convenient for a quick shopping. Nice equipment and perfect for kids who like to discover and have fun in the garden.

Why they chose this property

Mandelieu is not a city nor a village. We are close to everything, city, river, lake, sea, nature, even airport is close, a good bus service and a train station. We are happy in a very friendly town.

What makes this property unique

Our garden is rather big for a property in the centre of town, shopping can be done by foot, walks along the river, fishing and there is play grounds for the kids, a great skate park for the teens and a lot of biking.
