We loved our stay in Beverley. House was in a great location close to all the action, and presented a described. Decent size for our family of 5, everything we needed. Thanks
Plenty of room, very clean, very light, very comfortable beds, a very well equipped kitchen and a great position from which to explore beautiful historic Beverley! We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you so much!
A compact house very convenient for the middle of Beverley.
The house is on a quiet lane only yards from the busy centre of the town. As expected, the parking space was tight, but with care we managed to get our large car into it, but could also park on a nearby street with a permit organised by the host. The house had all the facilities we expected, though some were showing signs of wear with a few small maintenance tasks being due. In particular the dishwasher door would not fully open as it clashed with the oven door handle, this made using the dishwasher somewhat awkward. As might be expected with a compact townhouse there are some compromises: The ground floor has the compact garage and car port, the kitchen / diner, very compact toilet, and a nice south facing patio area. The middle floor has a sitting room, single bedroom and large bathroom. The top floor has 2 double bedrooms and a compact shower room, with the top floor being built into the roof the space, particularly in the shower room was restricted by the sloping ceilings. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the amenities offered by the premises.
Lovely property everything you need and spotlessly clean, very comfy beds and great location to get into Beverley town centre. Host was very helpful and good communications, effortless no fuss holiday had a great stay and loved every minute. Thank you x
The property was easy to find, clean, comfortable & quiet. The location was excellent, less than 5 mins from Saturday Market.
The accommodation is on 3 floors so not ideal for anyone with significant mobility problems. The garage is small, as stated, but we squeezed a Renault Clio in.
We'd definitely stay here again.
We were returning guests and once again we enjoyed a very comfortable stay, the house is in a quiet area, at walking distance of everything and just behind the Westwood pasture for a run.
Sara was very nice and helpful in answering my questions

This location worked well for us as we were in and out to lots of concerts. We squeezed the car into the car port and went everywhere on foot. The house is well equipped and comfortable and Sarah was a very helpful host.
We had a lovely time visiting friends In Beverley. The house was very spacious and tidy. Everything we needed was available and the bed was very comfortable. Will definitely stay again. Thank you.
Only problem was the parking. The carport was not big enough to take our car ( which is not very big - a Peugeot Teepee) and the residents parking nearby was always full. My husband is disabled so it was a real problem for us.

Great property in Beverley. To find somewhere in the UK with 3 bathrooms was awesome. Washing machine (in kitchen) and separate dryer (in garage). Walking distance to everything. The car port is definitely only an option for a smaller car, as mentioned by the owner in the description. We had a Ford Galaxy as a rental and had to use the parking permit supplied. Parking close to the property on the weekend was harder. the Parking restrictions are for day time only so the spots fill quickly and empty late on Friday and Saturday nights. There are other available spots you just have to park further from the property. Perfect location for walking to "downtown" in Beverley. Spacious property for the price.

This three story town house is very convenient to the town centre and situated in a lovely quiet street. There is a loo on every floor which was handy. I was on an organised Yorkshire Wolds walking holiday which met at the market square daily and this was a very comfy base to return each evening. There are a good choice of places to eat in the town and the surrounding area is beautiful. The parking was tight but managed to get the car in with a bit of a wiggle. The bed was very comfortable abd I slept like a log.
Very nice property, very convenient to all areas of Beverly which we found to be a delightful town, well worth a visit. Everything we needed was in the property too, comfy beds, lovely outside area too. Owner easily contactable too and a problem I myself caused with the parking permit was soon rectified.
I can truly say that staying in this house was as comfortable as being in our own home . Very well situated near to the town and it's amenities but still quite.
A great week staying in 9 Tiger Lane, Beverley. Fabulous central location. Great that there is off road parking. Beverley itself is lovely. Visited Flamborough Head, Whitby, Robin Hood Bay and York. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location, let down by aspects of house.
Car parking very difficult; Fridge, dishwasher, lack of toilet roll holders ( pointed out by previous guests)all still remain unattended. The state of the wheelie bins was unpleasant to say the least! The few cooking pans available were no longer non-stick, their handles had worked loose hence cooking was difficult.
The property was well located, clean and bright. One or two odd quirks that didn't really matter - dishwasher wasn't able to open. However if you aren't good at stairs it may be difficult - no more than described in the property so we were well warned. Also the parking was very tight - I scratched the car. Again warned in literature but do take care. Enjoyed our stay throroughly - very quiet for being so central. Everyone very friendly
We have teenage children so were looking for a property near to lots of things to do. This property is a hop skip and jump from Beverley town centre with a great range of eateries and various things to do and is also close to things like Yorkshire Wildlife Park, The Deep and the Hull museums and is also not far from the coast. We had a fabulous week, eating out/taking away most of the time and making the most of the location. The property is large and clearn, the courtyard garden is pleasant for lunch on a nice day and we wanted for nothing. Our car was far too big for the car port/garage but we were able to park nearby with the parking permit. Good value and a great place to stay.
9 Tiger Lane was the ideal base for a few days. So near the middle of Beverley yet very quiet with birds nesting in the little garden. A great space, very comfortable and with all we needed for our visit.

About the host
Hosted by Sara Glover
My husband and I bought No.9 Tiger Lane approximately one year ago and spent time refurbishing the property to create a modern yet comfortable base for guests to enjoy. We have lived in a nearby village for many years so know Beverley well and what it has to offer. We were attracted to the central location of the property as it offers guests the opportunity to enjoy Beverley's attractions and amenities - especially the many places to dine - without always having to use the car.
Why they chose this property
The property is so convenient for all that Beverley has to offer, with its many shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. The picturesque pastures of the Beverley Westwood are right on the doorstep for picnics or evening strolls. If you want a day without the car, it's easy to hop on a bus or a train to the coast or visit the attractions of York, Leeds or Harrogate. Hull is only 15 minutes away by train where you can visit the art gallery, its many free museums or The Deep - one of the world's most spectacular aquariums.
What makes this property unique
The central location of 9 Tiger Lane allows guests to enjoy its many cafes, bars and restaurants without having to use a car as all are within walking distance. Although lying in the heart of the Georgian Quarter of Beverley, Tiger Lane is tucked away off North Bar Within, so enjoys peace and quiet, with the picturesque pastures of the Beverley Westwood also within a few minutes stroll away from the front door.
