A Large 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment
Set in a private urbanisation above the crowds and hustle and bustle of Elviria which boasts a selection of bars and eateries for all tastes This apartment boasts spectacular views of the Mediterranean coast line as far as Gibraltar to the west We have 3 terraces, 2 are south facing the other over looking the pretty gardens. The communal pool is 2 minutes walk away and the nearest beach is 10 minutes drive down the hill
A car is a necessity as we approximately 7km uphill .
Close by to the apartment is the Kudu bar Hofsaess tennis centre & El Soto golf coarse which also has a restaurant

A great apartment with superb views!

Just returned home from a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment. Great location, big pool and fantastic views. Would definitely book again!

Wonderful apartment with AMAZING views

We loved staying here for three months over the 2024/25 winter. The apartment is huge with interesting artwork and comfortable furniture. Every room has amazing views of the sea and, on a clear day, across to Africa. Within a 10-20 minute drive, there are loads of different beaches and having the nature reserve within a short walk is a bonus. Steve and Jackie were excellent hosts with very quick replies to questions.

Superbes vacances au calme, dans une location au top,avec une vue sur la mer splendide, nichée au cœur d'une résidence sécurisée magnifique. Piscine pas trop fréquentée, jardin entretenue. Le propriétaire Stephen est super réactif.... À relouer sans hésiter

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances grâce aux prestations de qualité du logement : chambres spacieuses, cuisine équipée, grandes pièces de vies, terrasses avec superbe vue. La piscine est grande avec vue mer et montagne. Les explications données par Stephen avant notre arrivées étaient claires et complètes. Je conseille vivement.

Excellent séjour

L'appartement est idéalement situé sur les hauteurs avec une vue incroyable sur la mer. Très propre et très fonctionnel, l'appartement est spacieux, en retrait de la ville, donc au calme. La piscine est vraiment magnifique. Elle est à 1 minute de marche. Les transats sont disponible à toutes heures. La piscine est propre et nettoyé quotidiennement. La vue sur la mer est superbe. Un véhicule est vraiment recommandé pour se balader. Marbella est à environ 10 mn en voiture. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, je recommande fortement.

We currently live in Surrey, but previously lived in La Mairena for 3 years before returning to the UK during the recession. We decided to start letting our home as it would be a shame not to.

Why they chose this property

The View was a big plus for us and the well maintained gardens are beautiful. The apartment was one of the largest we viewed boasting 2 large bedrooms and a massive lounge. The location is a little bit of the beaten track but only an 10 minute drive to the beach. You feel like your top of the world.

What makes this property unique

A car is needed as the apartment is situated at the top of a hill above Elviria but once your there you'll love it.
The complex is a gated community with private gardens and a communal swimming pool, so is very secure.
The apartment has air conditioning Wifi and sky TV.
We welcome well behaved dogs so no need to leave them at home!
