Enter the cottage through the conservatory with seating which leads to the entance hall. The modern and well-equipped kitchen benefits from a TV and a dining table large enough to seat all guests. The comfortable sitting room has an open fire and Smart TV. There are three comfortable bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor along with the family bathroom. Outside, there is off road parking for two cars, a private lawned garden, as well as shared use of the patio area. Simdda Wen Cottage Cottage provides a combination of quiet relaxation and family fun-filled activities, on the popular island of Anglesey.

Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private side lawned garden with furniture and shared use of patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 5 mins walk. Beach 1 mile. Note: There are 2 steps leading up to the front door and 1 internal step from the conservatory to the entrance hall. Note: The rear door is for emergency use only. Note: The owners have a dog.
