Une petite merveille
Un séjour merveilleux. Najat, une cuisinière hors paire et Omar ont été aux petits soins avec nous. Maison décorée avec beaucoup de goût.

A beautiful villa close to Essaouira
We spent 2 weeks in this very special house on a family holiday with Grandparents and teens. The house is so comfortable it’s hard to leave. A car is pretty much essential to ensure you get out and explore the lovely region. Najat the housekeeper is an asset to the house and will prepare breakfast every morning if wanted. She also cooked lots of wonderful traditional evening meals when we wanted. Omar keeps the pool spotlessly clean but you hardly see him as he visits early. Nicolas the owner is great with communications and is available constantly for any queries. We loved Essaouira, the medina is small and relaxed. Quad biking, surfing and horse riding are all enjoyably activities that are available that we enjoyed. The rooftop bars are great places to enjoy the sunset hours we particularly like Il Mare. We loved this holiday and would love to return in the future. The local kids are really sweet and we ended up bringing them sweets and chocolate most days from town.

Fabulous Moroccan villa
We had a wonderful five-day stay at this beautiful villa. It is so well equipped and spacious with lovely gardens and a huge pool! It was really hot so we really appreciated the pool and spent lots of time there. We didn’t hire a car so used taxis to get in and out of Essaouria in the evenings, and it was very straightforward. Najat, the housekeeper, is a real asset to the villa and prepared breakfast for us every morning…such a treat! She was also a great help with local information and booking taxis. Thank you Najat! A great stay and we would highly recommend.

Vacance inoubliable
Tout d'abord nous adressons a chris et Nicolas nos plus grand remerciements pour l ' organisation de notre séjour, plan détaillé de de la villa, ou louer une voiture qui appeler en cas de pépin etc. Tout à été fait à distance et dans la fluidité et la cerise sur le gâteau, il ont offert un gâteux d anniversaire à notre enfant !!! Nous avons séjourné dans cette magnifique villa décoré avec goût durant 10 jours et nous avons rencontré najet la perle de la Atlantique ou les mots ne suffiront pas pour décrire sa gentillesse elle nous a fait pars de tout les bons plan sur essaouira et bien au-delà !!! Sans parler de tout les délicieux plats et gâteaux que najet nous a confectionné et sans oublier omar ce charmant monsieur discret extrement gentil tj à vous demander si tout ce passe bien, et il vous fera passer de merveilleuse journée en chameau à la demande même du quad. Encore une fois il y orai trop de mot pour exprimer tout le plaisir que nous avons eu à passer chez chris et Nicolas. Les meilleur vacance de notre vie vraiment Merci à tous!!!

Séjour magnifique
La villa est superbe...tout est beau...on s'y sent tres vite a l'aise...c'est impeccable... L'accueil par Omar est chaleureux (en plus nous avions du retard)...il est d'une incroyable discrétion... Le petit bijou du séjour a été Najat absolument parfaite...une cuisinière hors pair (il faut oublier le body summer)...extrêmement gentille, discrète et serviable...de très bons conseils pour nos achats...c'est vraiment l'atout charme de la villa. Pour finir le propriétaire Nicolas est très reactif et très sympathique...tout est clair et bien organisé (je conseille la location de voiture a l'aéroport très pratique). C'était vtaiment un superbe séjour.

D’excellentes Vacances
Nous venons de terminer un séjour de 2 semaines en famille et nous avons passé un moment exceptionnel du début à la fin. Chris et Nicolas sont au top au niveau de l’organisation. Omar nous donne des tuyaux pour les activité (Dromadaire, quad, cheval) et est très discret. Najat est à nos petits soins, c’est une cuisinière hors paire et vous accompagne pour faire le marché et vous faire bénéficier des bons plans locaux. Ne pas hésiter pour des vacances en famille.

Certainement une des meilleures locations à Essaouira
Nous avons séjourné 10 jours en septembre dans la maison de Nicolas et Chris, et nous y avons passé de magnifiques vacances, très reposantes. La maison est vaste, confortable, très bien entretenue et décorée avec goût. La vue du toit terrasse sur la campagne et la forêt est splendide. Le jardin est ravissant et nous avons pu profiter chaque jour de la grande piscine! Le plus est sans conteste la présence d’Omar et de Najat, tous deux vraiment adorables. Omar est à la fois discret et très efficace, quant à Najat, généreuse et bienveillante, elle nous a régalés de ses bon petits plats et sa bonne humeur. La maison est située dans un hameau très calme, à quelques minutes de piste de la route principale (voiture indispensable) et il ne faut alors que quelques minutes de plus pour descendre à Essaouira et profiter de ses nombreuses activités : la plage, les terrasses des cafés et restaurants, le port, la médina, etc. Nicolas a été un hôte charmant, très bien organisé et réactif, il nous a transmis de nombreuses et précieuses informations pour rendre notre séjour parfait. Nous recommenderons cette location sans hésiter, et nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Superbe séjour à Essaouira
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans la villa de Nicolas et Christine. La maison est joliment décorée et le jardin très agréable. Nous avons même pu déjeuner tous les midis sur la terrasse début janvier. Le seul petit bémol qui serait à souligner est la production d'eau chaude qui est assez aléatoire. Nous avons également dégusté l'excellente cuisine de Najat qui est une femme adorable : toujours prête à rendre service et à faire plaisir. Cela fait maintenant 10 ans que nous louons au Maroc, et Najat est la meilleure cuisinière que l'on ait eue. La villa est bien située dans un petit village très typique, car suffisamment éloignée d'Essaouira pour être au calme et suffisamment proche pour s'y rendre à 10 minutes en voiture. Beaucoup d'activités sont possibles sur Essaouira: buggy dans les dunes avec amazing raid buggy surf, dromadaire avec le Ranch Diabat, balade dans la médina, marché au poisson à ne pas manquer... Egalement à recommander, une soirée au restaurant Caravane Café. Nicolas est un hôte très prévenant et a été plein de bons conseils en amont de notre séjour. Famille Zunève

Family friendly Essaouira
From start to finish we had excellent communication from the owners. The house is beautiful and tranquil and very comfortable. The owners alongside their housekeeper Ohma helped us to arrange transfers , car hire and anything else we needed including a delicious home cooked meal on our arrival. Essaouira is a great place for families to get a taste of Morocco we found the people to be very friendly and welcoming everywhere we went. You can experience the hustle and colour of the markets without the hard sell ! Sellers are happy for you to just look and if you do want to buy you will find more genuine artisans and better prices in Essaouira than Marrakech . Don’t miss the fish market!! The villa was only 10 mins drive from Essaouira, there was a big Carre Four supermarket on the way in where you can get everything you need to self cater there is plenty of parking on the road along the beach easy walking distance to the Médina and it only cost 10dhr for however long you like avoid the small car park at the top directly opposite the Médina it’s more expensive and you may get back to your car to find you are completely blocked in ! The owners provided us with lots of recommendations for exploring the local area we found the roads easy to drive and pretty straight forward to navigate . All in all a fantastic first experience for us all and we will definitely return.

Merveilleux séjour
Nous avons passé 15 jours de rêve dans cette belle maison. Tout est parfait. La piscine, le jardin, la maison. La maison est idéalement située géographiquement et en plus elle est à l'abri du vent, ce qui est appréciable. Nadjat a participé à la reussite de nos vacances grâce à sa délicieuse cuisine et toutes ses attentions. Je recommande vivement cette maison !

Wonderful more like a palace than a villa.
Very good holiday in a really good villa and with a wonderful pool and garden area. Omar, who looks after the property, is a really kind man who really tries to ensure you enjoy your stay. Food prepared by his wife was most enjoyable. The only downside to our holiday was a dog barking throughout the night behind one of the bedrooms which interfered with sleep. That aside we had a fantastic holiday thanks.

Fantastic villa!

Un parfait séjour en famille
Séjour très agréable dans la magnifique villa de Nicolas, annonce conforme aux prestations, jardin luxuriant, chambres très agréables, décoration marocaine moderne, piscine agréable. Un petit coin de paradis à 5min d'Essaouira à l'abri du vent !! Nicolas est un vrai guide du routard à lui tout seul, une multitude de renseignements en amont de notre voyage, très serviable et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions, quant à Omar sur place ( le gardien de la maison) il est extrêmement gentil et serviable ! Je recommande le couscous de la femme d'Omar un délice pour vos papilles !! Merci à tous pour ce magnifique séjour en famille !!

Heerlijk relaxen op een prachtige plek
We werden verrast door de rust en ruimte 'achter de poort'. Met veel ruimte in en rondom de stijlvol ingerichte villa was het heerlijk vertoeven. Met name de grote woonkeuken, tuin met diverse zithoeken en het zwembad maken het tot een perfecte plek om te individueel ontspannen èn om gezamenlijk te genieten.

Si vous cherchez le paradis terrestre, allez y et vous ne regretterez pas. La villa est superbe et plus que conforme à l'annonce; elle est très bien agencée et décorée; on s'y attache rapidement et en la quittant, elle ne nous laisse pas sans émotion; c'est comme si on quittait une personne chère à nous; elle a une âme et à mes yeux c'est le plus important; la piscine st superbe, le jardin est très beau, le cadre très agréable et original; elle mérite 6 étoiles et non 5. OMAR, le gardien des lieux est très gentil, très discret et très serviable ; il est doux et respectueux ; Nicolas ROBERT, le propriétaire est très attentionné et ne ménagera aucun effort pour rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible même s'il a déjà pensé à tout en préparant d'avance votre accueil; je ne le connais qu'à travers nos échanges par mail et je pense vraiment que c'est quelqu'un de très gentil ; si je reviens un jour à ESSAOUIRA inchaa ALLAH, je ne pense pas séjourner ailleurs que dans cette villa même si surement il doit y avoir d'autres demeures de rêves; Loyauté oblige; c'est l'envoutement assuré; MERCI à Mme et Mr ROBERT et ils peuvent être fiers de leur œuvre. Bonne continuation et surtout préserver là "la villa"; La famille AMOR ABDA.

Excellent vacation property for a larger group of family and friends
We loved everything: the ample space and layout of the house, the multiple lovely spots to sit and have meals, inside and outside, the spacious pool, the roof terrace, the thoughtful lighting, the well prepared meals at home, etc.etc.! Would love to stay again!
