Toller Strandurlaub

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der schönen Wohnung direkt am Strand sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung und Lage sind sehr schön. Auch die Kommunikation mit Patricia war sehr gut. Sie hat uns schnell einen fehlenden Terassenschirm gebracht und einen Schirm für den Strand, den wir dann nicht benötigt haben, weil es auch schön war auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und nur kurz ins Wasser zu springen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist der Wasserschlauch in der Garage, um sich die sandigen Füße zu waschen. Dort ist eine Art Baustelle. Schöner wäre besser zugänglicher Wasseranschluss am Strandeingang, wie es die Nachbarn im Erdgeschoss haben.

Appartement très lumineux au bord de la plabe

Nous avons passé un séjour idéal en famille dans cette location. L'appartement est spacieux et lumineux. L'environnement est calme et la plage n'est pas surpeuplée. La place de parking est plus qu'appréciable, nous pouvons donc nous déplacé facilement et il y a une petite supérette à côté qui est bien achalandée. Nous reviendrons!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und die Lage direkt am Strand ist perfekt. Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Lage, sehr gute technische Ausstattung der Wohnung, Außenbereiche ungepflegt

Beim Betreten des Grundstück wurden wir vom ungepflegten Zustand überrascht: 2 Haufen mit Gartenabfällen, auf einer lag eine leere Flasche. Teilweise verrostetes Geländer an der Treppe zur Wohnung, Palette, torlose Garage mit Blättern, die wohl irgendwann hereingeweht wurden und kaputten Sitzgelegenheiten von der Terrasse der Wohnung, der Rest steht in der Nähe des desolaten Grills auf der Terrasse. Der Boden ist teilweise versiegelt. Am Rand der Versiegelung sind kleine Brocken abgebrochen, die auf dem sonst vorhanden Sand verteilt sind. Der Eingangsbereich zur unteren Wohnung ist mit Pflanzen versehen. Daneben befand sich ein behelfsmäßig mit Folie, Stangen etc. gesichertes Dach. Während des Aufenthaltes hat niemand etwas an diesem Zustand geändert. Betritt man die Wohnung, begeistern die großzügige Fläche, die gute technische Ausstattung (z.B. 3 verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen und eine Kühl-Gefrierkombination mit Eismaschinen) und der Blick auf Strand und Meer. Auf die Nutzung der Terrasse haben wir verzichtet: Es war meist zu kalt und wir hätten erst einmal putzen müssen. Vermisst haben wir eine Garderobe. Perfekt war eine Liste der Ladestationen für Elektroautos, die Patricia -wie im Vorfeld zugesagt- bei der Ankunft aushändigte. Bügelbrett, Staubsauger, Auflagen für Sonnenliegen, Sandeimer für Kinder, etc. stehen im Heizraum bereit. Erstaunlich, dass das in Frankreich möglich ist. Die Betten waren sauber und gut. Insgesamt habe ich noch nie einen Urlaub in einer Wohnung mit so viel extremem Licht und Schatten verbracht. "Normal" war nur wenig. Deshalb habe ich mir mit Ihrer Eingangsfrage sehr schwer getan. Noch einmal mieten, würde ich diese Wohnung nicht, weiterempfehlen auch nicht.

Sunny Spring Vacation on Carnon-Plage

Our two daughters, my husband and I had a wonderful family vacation, right on the beach, in this spacious and incredibly sunny home. The location was great, close to Montpellier, and many beautiful cities, beaches and parks, allowing us to take day trips to a variety of unique and different places! My husband and I also enjoyed a flamenco and horse show that really gave us a feel for the local culture. We all were extremely happy with our stay and went home relaxed and rejuvenated!

Traumhafter Strandurlaub

Die Maisionette Wohnung war sehr groß und super toll. Sie liegt direkt am Strand mit einem rießigen Balkon mit Blick auf´s Meer. Wir waren 2 Familien, somit 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder im Alter von 12, 10, 9 und 3 Jahren. Es gab ein riesiges Wohnzimmer mit mega gemütlichen XXL Sofa´s, großem Fernseher,3 großzügige Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, 2 Toiletten, eine große und gut ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine und Trockner, sehr großer Esstisch drinnen und draußen auf dem Balkon mit genügend Stühlen, 4 Sonnenliegen mit Polster, 2 Parkplätze im Hof, Wasserschlauch am Eingang um die Füße nach dem Strandbesuch sauber zu machen, usw. Die Straße in der das Haus liegt ist eher ruhig. Zumindest in der Zeit in der wir dort waren, die letzte August Woche und die erste September Woche. Es gibt wenig Restaurants und Läden. Da wir aber eh mit dem Auto angereist sind, haben wir einfach größere Supermärkte in der Nähe angefahren, das war kein Problem für uns. Und mit den Kindern war es für uns praktischer im Haus selber zu kochen anstatt ins Restaurant zu gehen. Der Empfang durch Patricia war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben nach der Buchung Ihre Handynummer bekommen und konnten so jederzeit per SMS oder Telefon mit ihr in Kontakt bleiben. Auch der Check Out war schnell erledigt. Wir haben uns aber auch Mühe gegeben alles sauber zu hinterlassen. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Der Strand, das Meer und die Muscheln waren traumhaft!!!

Perfekte Lage am Strand 🏖
