You will have unrestricted views on both sides in this very spacious apartment. Long sea views from the large terrace and pleasant country views from the kitchen.
Nissi Elena Court is blessed with position. Sitting back from the busy High street in an elevated position and therefore is quiet, yet only 5 -10 minutes walk from the famous Nissi beach on foot.
The High Street offers numerous restaurants, food shopping and coffee shops.
Entering into our very spacious apartment on the second floor, which you can reach by lift, you will find an open space with the kitchen at the entrance and a living room with a large dining table set for four people and a seating area at the other end opening to the terrace.
Here you also have a table for four people and two lounge sun beds for your relaxation with a glass of wine in hand.
There is a main bedroom with a king size, double bed, plenty of cupboard space, mirror and seat. This has a double door openings to the same terrace as the living room.
The second bedroom has two single beds, storage space with two large windows to the country side.
The bathroom has a private entry with windows, a bath with shower and a toilet with a washhand basin.
All rooms have aircons, which work on a timely basis, which means they you need to activated while you are in the house. It is not on 24/7 basis as electricity is one of our most expensive item in our expense list.
The apartment has all mod cons and you will have everything you would need for a fantastic holiday.
There us a bus service and easy access to all amenities, including the local fishing port with many excellent bars, restaurants and shops.
We have a beautiful garden with palm trees and Mediterranean planting.
Free Parking is under cover, in a cool area, vitally important in a hot climate.
Communal sunbeds at the pool complex have sun- shades.
Eva's Nissi Elena Court Apt is situated at the end of Nissi Avenue, just opposite to Nissi Beach. This makes it a very convenient location; everything is within walking distance- from supermarkets to the best hotel bars and restaurants.
For those who would prefer quieter beaches, there is an easy solution, rent a bike, or car, and discover the small hidden beaches surrounding this area, Fig Tree Bay, Fireman's Beach, Cape Greco, Konnos beach.
Èva's Nissi Beach Apartment benefits from its shared pool facility which is exclusively available to owners and guests. There is a small children's pool making it safe for families with children.
