A lovely apartment in an attractive building with views on the sea from a sunny south-east facing balcony and situated in front of the beautiful Velilla beach and promenade. Exit the building and you are on the beach. Bed linen and towels are supplied. Almuñecar is steeped in history with its traditional cobbled old town streets and pretty squares. The Moorish castle of San Miguel sits above the town and below there is the Majuelo, a beautiful botanical gardens where during the summer there are artistic productions: the international jazz festival, flamenco, etc. There are no shortages of amenities nearby: shops, restaurants, beaches, water sports, golf courses and diving centres. There is a tropical bird park and an aquarium. Sierra Nevada ski resort is ninety minutes away. Almuñécar is less than a one hour drive from Malaga and Granada.

Vistas espectaculares y acceso a la playa muy bueno

Hemos estado alquilados 2 adultos y dos mascotas pequeñas. La verdad que las imágenes que están en la web son tal cual pero la semana que estuvimos hacía muchísimo calor y sólo disponía de un ventilador. La cocina disponía de los utensilios justitos.

Vacaciones en familia

La limpieza del apartamento deja mucho q desear, cocina bastante sucia, microondas deprimente de la cantidad de salpicaduras de comida, necesario más ventiladores. Tuve q limpiar el microondas a fondo. El apartamento necesita una reforma urgente. Por lo demás, ubicación excelente y trato con mucha amabilidad. Zona adecuada para familias. Hemos disfrutado de unos días en familia.

Vacaciones largas no

Lo único bueno del apartamento es su ubicación ,ya que está a pie de playa con vistas al mar y rodeado de todo tipo de servicios (supermercados,tienda,farmacia,cajeros,ocio,etc). El dueño amable y puntual para entregar las llaves. Pero el apartamento necesita una gran reforma está muy descuidado. Muebles muy antiguos. Baño y cocina muy antiguos falta menaje no está bien acondicionado. No tiene aire acondicionado. Y limpieza cero estaba todo lleno de pelos de perro. La relación calidad - precio mala. A pesar de eso tuvimos una estancia agradable porque fuimos a desconectar unos días. Para una estancia larga no lo aconsejo.

Amoureuse de l’endroit !!! Certes l’intérieur n’est pas moderne, mais, franchement, l’emplacement c’est tout ce qui importe pour moi. Bercée par le bruit des vagues jour et nuit. Une vue imprenable. Un endroit calme et agréable. Je reviendrais !!! Merci à Félix aussi pour son amabilité et sa gentillesse.

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, a pie de playa y con tiendas/bares cerca del apartamento. Pero, el apartamento necesita una reforma urgente; los muebles estaban deteriorados, la cocina (tenía todos los utensilios necesarios) pero los fuegos tardaban mucho en calentarse. El trato con el dueño fue magnífico, tuvo muchos detalles a la llegada y su atención fue buena. Excemente

situation - confort - propriétaire

Côté positif, le propriétaire est très sympathique et très serviable. L'appartement est idéalement situé dans un immeuble de qualité et avec une très belle vue. Il suffit de traverser la route pour être à la plage. Idéal !!! Côté négatif l'appartement manque sérieusement de confort (l'eau froide dans la cuisine ne fonctionnait pas, le robinet était cassé), les fauteuils du salon sont très vieux et inconfortables mais l'aspect rédhibitoire ce sont les couchages. Dans la chambre, 2 lits jumeaux brinquebalants ET de 1.80 DE LONG seulement !!! Dans le salon le canapé lit et lui aussi d'époque et très court. Dans ces conditions les journées dans cette région et cette ville étaient très agréables mais les nuits étaient vite une épreuve. Dommage car avec peu de changements ce serait la location idéale pour 4 personnes. Ne pas oublier de réserver une place de parking dans le parking municipal souterrain à 500 m. (bon marché), en tout cas en juillet - août, car laisser son véhicule dans la rue devient vite un casse tête.

Beautiful Location

We arrived at the apartment which was easy to find. The owner Felix was very helpful and gave us information on the apartment. The location was excellent, beautiful views which we never tired of. The apartment was spotlessly clean but does need updating. There was no information in the apartment on places to visit, restaurants etc. but as we had been to Almunecar before we did know our way around. The little bar and restaurant outside of the apartment block was very nice and friendly. Felix the owner was very nice and was on hand if ever you needed him for anything.
