The apartments in question are two: one on the ground floor, the other on the first floor of this building located in the new residential area of San Vito Lo Capo 600 m from the beach.
Very convenient location because first of all very quiet and far from the daily noise of a very crowded tourist village especially in summer and then because in the middle of the two supermarkets in the town: the Deco and My Market.
The ground floor apartment is about 65 square meters and consists of: 1 bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with equipped kitchen and double sofa bed, small garden with veranda, barbecue, external sink.
The first floor apartment is about 70 square meters and consists of a large living room with equipped kitchen and double sofa bed, 1 bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms, panoramic terrace with gazebo-veranda, barbecue, external sink.

sehr ruhig und doch alles gut erreichbar

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Die Wohnung war sauber. Uns fehlte an nichts. Wir würden diese Wohnung wieder buchen.

Quiet Neighborhood, 15 Minute Walk to Beach

After we booked online, the host contacted us through app messaging to say there would be an extra charge of €10 per person if we wanted sheets and towels. Naturally we expected sheets and towels to come as part of the amenities, so we felt a bit irritated. But upon arriving, the hostess, who was very nice and helpful, explained that a large percentage of their guests are Italian nationals and/or from Sicily, and tend to bring their own sheets and towels and don’t want to pay for inclusive bedding. So that’s why they charge separately, per booking. The apartment is a decent 12-15 minute walk from the beach and town center. But parking is included and easy, and we came to appreciate that during the evenings the separation from downtown meant it was very quiet amd peaceful at the apartment, which was good for children and adult sleeping alike.

Nice, clean and spacious flat

We stopped there 13.10-20.10. We had a nice time, apartament was clean and ready to make us comfy. Eeverything you need was there.Maria welcomed us, and gave us some advise whats aroud. Walking distance to the beach. If i would wish for something i would like to have a bigger shower qubical😀. Looking forward to go back there, hopefully next year. Cheers!

Highly recommended!!!

Great place to stay, you can find in the apartment everything you may need. The owner is very helpful and hospitable. There is enough space for six people (although there were four of us, which was parfect :)) I highly recommend this apartment!

Spacious and queit

This was a super nice place to stay in a very quiet part of town. It was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped but would benefit to have a larger coffee pot. The outdoor area was great for relaxing in and enjoying the warm evenings outside with a big table and chairs on the terrace. Great to have wifi that worked. Maria was very friendly and helpful to us.I would happily stay there again on my next visit to San Vito.

Tolle Ferien

Eine tolle Urlaubswoche. Wohnung war gut,die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein. Die Lage war für uns gut, Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. San Vito ist traumhaft schön, wir kommen wieder.

Nice and quiet place

We really einjyed our holidays in San Vito. The accomodation is located near to the beach and also climbing area, so we could relaxed on the beach after climbing or hiking. The accomodation is clean, quite large - there is enough place for 4 or even 5 people. There is also a terrace where you can grill or enjoy the suny weather. Our host Maria is very friendly and kindly person :) Even picking up of the key after midnight was no problem for her. We would higly recommend this accomodation who is looking for a nice place in San Vito.

Eccellente

Appartamento (al piano terra) situato nella nuova zona residenziale di San Vito lo Capo (servita dai mezzi pubblici anche a tarda serata), a poco più di un km dalla zona pedonale e a mezzo chilometro dal mare, è costituito da due camere da letto matrimoniali, salotto/cucina e bagno, ed un'amplissima veranda. I locali sono spaziosi e funzionali, puliti e ariosi. La gentilezza della signora Angela, sempre disponibile a rendere perfetta la vacanza, fanno dell'appartamento Tre Bagli un'ottima soluzione per chi decida di passare in totale relax una vacanza a San Vito. Lo consiglio caldamente.

Eccellente!

Ero già stato ospite in uno degli appartamenti della Sig.ra Angela in un precedente soggiorno a San Vito lo Capo. L'appartamento Tre Bagli (ho affittato quello a pianterreno), dista poco più di un km dalla zona a traffico limitato e a circa 500m dalla spiaggia. Situato in zona tranquilla, ben servito dai mezzi pubblici, l'appartamento è funzionale per ogni esigenza di soggiorno, sia per chi vuole mangiare all'interno, che per chi ne fa uso solo come tappa per le escursioni in zona. Costituito da una sala/cucina (con eventuale divano-letto), da due camere da letto matrimoniali e da un bagno, oltre che da una ampia veranda. Tutto nuovissimo ed arredato con cura. Assommato alla estrema gentilezza della Sig.ra Angela, mi sento di consigliare la sistemazione per chiunque cerchi un appartamento a San Vito.

Perfetto

Eravamo due famiglie con bambini e abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per 10 giorni. L'appartamento è sito in una zona tranquilla di S. Vito ma al centro del paese. Molto comodo il servizio navetta gratuito che passa ogni 25 minuti vicino alla casa. Ottima la veranda munita di tavolo, sedie e barbecue. La Sig.ra Angela si è dimostrata gentile e disponibile. Molto consigliato.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'...

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento sito PT (parte antistante). L'alloggio è ubicato in una zona di nuova urbanizzazione, ma comunque comodo per raggiungere spiaggia o centro paese a piedi con una camminata di una decina di minuti. E' inoltre ben servito da entrabe le navette che circolano per il paese ogni 25 minuti. L'alloggio è risultato, per posizione, fresco ed arieggiato La proprietaria, Sigra Angela,si è dimostata molto gentile e disponibile.

"Casa di costruzione nuov...

"Casa di costruzione nuovissima. Due camere attrezzate. Bagno nuovo. Cucina nuova attrezzata. Zona tranquilla e sopratutto posto auto libro senza dover pagare oppure andare a parcheggiare lontano. "We spent a week in San V...

"We spent a week in San Vito. The weather was incredible there were a plenty of sunny days. In my opinion San Vito is beautiful. There are lots of beautiful places and beaches. Our apartments was furnished nicely. I have to emphasize that i was content with our accomodation a lot. The apartments is new and furnitured nicely. I´m content a lot and I would like to visit this place in my future again."

"E''stata un ottima scelta.Proprietari oltremodo gentili disponibili e discreti.Appartamento sito in zona tranquilla pulitissimo,spazioso molto luminoso e bene attrezzato, con un ampia terrazza soprastante dalla quale abbiamo potuto ammirare lo splendido panorama ed assaporare gustose grigliate.La vicinanza con la splendida Riserva dello Zingaro completa l''opera.Vivamente consigliato!!"
