Tucked away in a quiet area of the attractive low rise Sao Rafael complex yet only 1 minute's walk from the swimming pool, this large, airy, 2 bedroom ground floor apartment is ideal for families or friends travelling together. The traditional design means it stays cool inside even when it is at its hottest outside. It has direct access to its own large semi private garden with views towards the sea and is within 100m of the communal swimming pool and a short walk to two glorious beaches and several bars and restaurants. Accommodation comprises: Spacious lounge with sofa, armchair and banquette; satellite TV with UK channels; DVD; feature fireplace; patio doors out to the south facing terrace. Fully equipped modern kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, cafetiere, toaster, juicer, washing machine, a full range of utensils, pans and crockery and dining table. 2 large twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. Modern bathroom with toilet, sink and walk in rain shower. Large covered south facing terrace with table, chairs and 2 sun loungers, BBQ and direct access to the communal gardens. Safe, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and clothes airer. Towels & beach towels provided, linen changed weekly for 2 week summer lets. Free wifi is available in the apartment.

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets in the apartment.

Great location

Great location, easy walking distance to a couple of local beaches and restaurants. Good value for money, well stocked kitchen for utensils and the welcome goodies were a lovely gesture. Store cupboard condiments and oils were a plus for cooking at home. Also, there are plenty of beach things, umbrella, towels and children’s toys. The barbecue was a fantastic bonus but the lack of barbecue tools made us have to compromise, but it didn’t stop us. For us, the beds were quite hard but we found spare duvets and used them as toppers. The reason we can’t give 5 stars is, because of the beds, we missed meeting with the agent to receive the key and wasn’t quite sure where to leave the key on departure, even though we did message Terry a couple of times. Would we stay here again, yes. Thank you Lorraine and John

Appartement très agréable

Tout était bien sauf la communication avec Terry qui ne fait aucun effort ,nous parle en anglais alors qu'on ne ne le comprend pas et nous raccroche au nez .Horrible ! De plus dans l'appartement, tout est ecrit et fait pour les anglophones.wDans ce cas,ne louez pas aux français !

A nossa estadia

Casa inserida em condomínio calmo. A casa está bem apetrechada (só faltou uma máquina de café). O senhor que faz a ponte entre a proprietária e o cliente é muito simpático (Terry). É indicado para famílias com crianças.

L'appartement est très bien situé Il est agréable en rez de jardin Petit bémol sur la qualité des matelas qui ne sont pas vraiment confortables Sinon le reste impec.

Nous avons passé 15 jours merveilleux dans ce lieu qui est proche de la belle plage de Sao Rafael.Tout correspondait au descriptif de l'annonce et c'était très calme, donc reposant. Terry, notre interlocuteur sur place, était très gentil. Nous recommandons ce locatif. Eric.

Magnifique séjour

Très belle résidence. Très bel appartement, très bien équipé. Dommage que la literie ne soit pas très confortable et les lits trop petits ( je mesure 1m87). Quelques fourmis également dans la salle de bain... Sinon, c'est vraiment superbe , tranquille , avec des plages magnifiques tout près !!

Super séjour

Très beau logement et conforme à la description. Situé dans un quartier calme et verdoyant à quelques minutes de la plage . Belle grande piscine à quelques pas de l''appartement. Échange par mail très sympathique avec Jackie la propriétaire. Je recommande vivement , nous avons passé de fabuleuses vacances et avons découvert la magnifique côte rocheuse d"Algarve sans oublier l'arrière pays.

Proche d’une magnifique plage

Un appartement très fonctionnel, bien équipé et très calme. 10 minutes à pied de la plage de sao Rafael. Attention il n’y a aucun commerce à proximité. Il faut donc une voiture pour aller au supermarché, boire un verre le soir ou prendre une glace. Piscine commune très agréable et très propre (surtout en période Covid) Jackie est très conciliante et répond très vite.

Schöner Familienurlaub

Tolle Lage (Strand, Bars, Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar, trotzdem ruhig, alles weitere schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar), schöne Anlage, die Reinigung und Instandhaltungsarbeiten könnte gründlicher ausgeführt werden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können das Appartement weiterempfehlen.

Fantastic!

The apartment itself is lovely and very well equipped for a family of four and also very cool (especially for July!!!) We were impressed with the size of it which was perfect for us. The landscaped Gardens outside were a welcome addition for our two children who loved playing outside.The pool area nearby is excellent, very quiet and safe. There a couple of restaurants and stunning beaches within walking distance and we went to Albufeira fairly easily on the bus or by taxi ( a very prompt service!) We’ve had a fantastic time!!!

Toller Aufenthalt

Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Apartement. Es gibt alles, was man für einen Urlaub mit Kindern braucht. Der Pool in 2 min, der Strand in 5 min und viele Restaurants. Es gibt einen Grill und direkt vor der Terasse eine große Wiese. Die Kommunikation mit Richard war sehr nett, zuverlässig und unkompliziert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Buen apartamento,bien ubicado.enfocado al turista ingles.

El alojamiento esta bien,tiene de todo,y muy bien ubicado,esta enfocado al turista ingles,ya que incluso la tv esta dispuesta para ver canales en ingles. No necesitas nada,ya que incluso tienes sombrillas si te hacen falta y juguetes para los niños por lo que es recomendables para ir con niños,mejoraria la calidad de las camas.

well appointed quiet facility close to pool and beach

Well equipped apartment with lots of space and great patio area overlooking large grassed area. Comfortable beds and excellent shower room. Excellent well equiped kitchen and dining area with all facilities. The owner was most informative and was very helpful and understanding with an unexpected site maintenance problem. Would highly recommend this apartment for a quiet restful stay close to wonderful beach and large communal pool area.

Stivolles 2 Zimmerappartemet, was ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist

Jackie bietet hier Ihre Wohnung an, die leider ein wenig Farbe vertragen könnte und in der sich leider auch ein Teil der Bodenfliesen im Schlafzimmer gelöst haben. Bei unserem Aufenthalt von 15 Tagen wurden einmal die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche gewechselt, fürs Putzen ist jeder Mieter selber verantwortlich, worunter ein wenig die gesamt Sauberkeit der Wohnung leidet. Ansonsten ist dies ein schönes geräumiges Apartement, welches einen schönen Flair hat. Der Strand ist ca. 5 Minuten entfernt, die Anlage ist ruhig und ein Pool ist auch vorhanden. Als wir da waren war es noch was kalt und der Kamin, den ich bewusst zu dieser Jahreszeit gebucht hatte, funktionierte leider nicht. Eine Kaffemaschine gibt es auch nicht, was aber wohl ein deutsches Problem ist ;-). Der Service rund um die Buchung ist Klasse. Jackie versorgte uns mit allen Inormationen rund um die Anreise und das dann auch auf deutsch. Bei der Anreise wurden wir dann von Richard empfangen der uns dann auch während unserem Aufenthalt jeder Zeit mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung stand. Alles in Allem können wir das Appartement trotzdem empfehlen, vor allem wenn man z.B. mit Kinder reist.
