The great room features a fireplace, entertainment components including blu-ray and surround sound, and new smart LG gaming television with browser. The spacious dining room seats four to six and is open to the private sunroom with expansive windows leading to private deck and fenced in back yard as well as to granite bar area with three barstools. Chef's kitchen is fully equipped including granite countertops, stainless appliances, coffee maker, convection oven with smooth top range, microwave, and dishwasher. Also there is a powder room located downstairs for your convenience.
Home features many skylights, celestial windows, cathedral and vaulted ceilings, and lots of windows making for a bright and positive space for your enjoyment. Smoking is permitted on the porch, deck, or in the fenced in back yard only. High speed wireless internet and printer/copier also available. Four televisions with digital service and blu ray/dvd and built in dvds.
HOME HAS ALL NEW FLOORING 2018. HARDWOODS THROUGHOUT DOWNSTAIRS, NEW STAIRCASE, HARDWOOD ON UPPER LANDING AND HALL. BEDROOMS HAVE CARPET, 2018. En-suites, powder room, kitchen and pantry have consistent tile. NEW PAINT IN KITCHEN, DINING, SUN ROOM, Great room, staircase and upper landing 2019. Landscaping entrance and lighting 2021. In process of updating photographs. In process of contracting a total renovation of main primary en-suite with walk in tile shower possibly completed in March. If schedule doesn’t permit, renovation to be scheduled after Masters 2022.

Wonderful Masters Stay in North Augusta SC

We just returned from a lovely stay at this property in North Augusta SC. The condo we chose exceeded our wildest expectations! In addition to being quiet and secluded,, it was conveniently located not to mention spectacularly decorated and immaculately kept. The owner was beyond accommodating. He met us on arrival, gave us a wonderful tour, and answered all our questions before departing. He was the perfect host. As we are regular visitors to the area, we certainly hope to take advantage of a stay here again! This one is a winner!

Why they chose this property

Unique, eclectic home filled with charming items from travels as well as antiquities and modern furnishings. Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac street nestled in the residential Hammond Hills community convenient to downtown North Augusta, and only a 15 to 20 minute drive to the Augusta National Golf Club. One mile to the new SRP Park and Stadium as well as to Hammonds Ferry.

What makes this property unique

Home features many skylights, cathedral and vaulted ceilings, celestial and expansive windows resulting in a bright and cheerfully energetic space for you to enjoy while visiting. The back deck is completely private with multiple seating areas for your relaxation or you may choose to relax at the seasonally open outdoor pool located just yards from the home. Hammond Hill Villas Townhomes has 24/7 video surveillance security and vehicle tag numbers must be registered. I have owned this home 11 years and am not aware of any crimes taking place. I have served as a Board Director and President for several terms. A massive landscaping redesign may be initiated and completed prior to Masters 2022 for the entire complex. Landscape architect designs are completed. Initial implementation completed. (I chair the HOA Landscaping Committee and oversee this major capital improvement project).
