Lovely seaside villa in green and quiet surroundings on the North coast of Sicily - perfect for your summer holidays and very close to Palermo, Cefalù and Castelbuono.
Seaside villa in green and quite surroundings featuring two bedrooms, a large living room with a double sofa bed and fireplace, an indoor kitchen, one bathroom and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, perfect to spend your summer nights with family and friends.
Extensive outdoor sitting area and large garden full of local plants such as olive and citrus trees, where you can relax and enjoy a wonderful sea view.
We will be available at any time to ensure a relaxing and pleasant stay.
We would be happy to show you around or advise on places to visit - from seaside villages like Trabia e San Nicola L'Arena to Palermo and Mondello Beach, Cefalù and Castelbuono.
The house is 350 meters from the access to the sea of the nearest beach and 800 meters from the village of Trabia.
It's located on highway 113, the road still busy in summer by the inhabitants of the villas close by.
