Friendly family farm villa. The location of this house is simply amazing. Very close to the city center ( just 1,5 km ) , 5 minutes walk from Kalamata 's amazing beach . Surrounded by greenery with 500 sq meters of yard and access to property with a vegetable garden . Parking space for at least 4 cars , bike available free for use, bbq . Ideal kick off point for short trips to mythical Mani , cosmopolitan Pylos , or picturesque Finikounda . Very close to restaurants, bars and clubs. Ideal for privacy , peace and quiet. For family life and at the same time close to exciting entertainment.
