Apartment on the first floor of a duplex house in a nice and recent residential complex in the countryside, accessible only to residents. The hotel offers two swimming pools (one for children and one for adults), placed in front of the house, a sports court, a large park equipped with children's games; in the evening you can attend performances offered from animation (baby dance and cabaret). Several car parks are available.
The house has a private garden and a spacious shaded terrace, furnished with a sofa and a big table, where you can spend pleasant moments in privacy. Inside the apartment is divided into living room, fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom for children with two single beds and a bathroom; in the loft there is a sofa bed for one and a half. The house is modern and functional and is equipped with air conditioning, TV, dishwasher and washing machine.
The sea is about 400m and is easily reached within a few minutes walk. In summer there is also a free shuttle service that connects you with other beaches. On request you can make use of bicycles.
An ideal starting point for a trip that combines the sea idleness, with the desire to explore the typical villages of Marche, without neglecting the pleasures of food and wine tourism.

Very nice apartment near beach
Nice apartment on first floor of villa in quiet resort. The apartment has a quite large balcony that particularly in morning and evening is protected against the sun by shadow from villa and a sunscreen. Very close to public swimming pool which we did not use as the beach is very nearby. Owner was kind and very effective and quick in responding to questions.

Ideal modern house with excellent balcony
Modern house with excellent balcony and multiple airco. Ideal on walking distance to a free public beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. Quiet resort with lots of parking space together with similar privately owned houses. Good looking. Right next to swimming pool and tenniscourt. Very friendly owner. Nice villages to visit nearby. WiFi could be better. Beds were good.

Tolle Lage
Das Objekt an Sich hat eine tolle Lage. Es ist aber kein Haus, sondern ein Apartment. Der angepriesene Garten ist eine Ecke Wiese ohne Gartenmöbel, aber es braucht eigentlich Dank der grossen Terrasse keinen Garten. Die Ausstattung der Küche enthielt wirklich nur das allernötigste und somit war eigenes kochen doch etwas eingeschränkt. Die Sauberkeit lies sehr zu wünschen übrig. Es war recht staubig und unter den Betten, unter der Couch und in diversen Ecken wurde sehr lange nicht geputzt. Wir fanden auch noch verstaubtes Kinderspielzeug unter der Couch und unter dem Bett. Auch war der Abfluss der Dusche sehr verstopft mit langen dunklen Haaren, welche ich kurzerhand entfernte, sehr ekelig. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und bemüht. Ich denke aber es sollte grundsätzlich in der Wohnung einiges gemacht werden und insbesondere sollte ordentlich geputzt werden. Trotz allem haben wir schöne Tage dort verbracht und die Gegend sehr genossen.

Sentirsi a casa in vacanza
Casa all’interno di un resort con piscina e animazione discreta per i bambini, pulitissima, silenziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort. C’è un terrazzo delizioso dove è stato piacevole poter fare colazione e cenare. La casa è tale e quale alle foto, anzi è meglio, curata anche nei piccoli particolari ci ha fatti sentire a casa anche se in vacanza. Maria Rita è un ospite eccezionale e molto disponibile. Assolutamente consigliata!

Séjour sympathique pour les enfants
Maison agréable et fonctionnelle. Bonne insonorisation de l extérieur et bonne climatisation . Tranquille à partir de minuit lorsque les animations du complexe et celles du camping d à côté étaient finies. Mes enfants ont adoré les jeux proposés par les animateurs. Nous remercions Maria d être toujours attentive à notre bien-être.

L’appartamento si trova all’interno di un piccolo resort silenzioso. E’ molto bello, pulitissimo, curato nei minimi dettagli. C’e’ tutto quello che serve e anche di più (dai detersivi alle cialde per il caffè). La proprietaria e’ gentilissima, siamo stati benissimo ! Da non perdere !

Appartement spacieux avec une agréable terrasse.Les enfants ont apprécié la proximité de la piscine et du terrain de jeu ainsi que la mer à quelques minutes à pieds.La propriétaire a été très accueillante et nous a donné toutes les informations necessaires pour passer un agréable séjour.

Casa dotata di ogni comfort, completa di ogni oggetto, sembra veramente di essere nella propria casa. Una menzione particolare alla terrazza, fantastica e molto sfruttabile. È stato un soggiorno piacevole e interessante per i luoghi di interesse culturale e !il bel mare
La casa è ben divisa e confortevole e climatizzata e il terrazzo è comodo e ombreggiato e affacciato sul verde curato con la piscina vicinissima. Il resort è ben gestito e tranquillo. Siamo stati molto bene e potremmo anche ripetere l’esperienza!

Nette Wohnung - top für Kinder
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Ferienanlage, absolut ruhig und kein Verkehr (waren allerdings in der Nach-Saison da). Sie ist gut eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht - unsere Kinder fühlten sich hier sehr wohl. Ein wenig hellhörig, aber darüber kann man hinwegsehen… der Pool war im September leider nicht mehr geöffnet. Sehr nette Vermieterin, von der man eine Menge Tipps für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen erhält.

Formidable !
Joli et agréable appartement avec terrasse spacieuse à deux pas de la piscine et proche de la mer dans résidence de vacances calme, le tout très bien équipé, climatisé. Très bon accueil. Recommandé sans hésitation.
