With a capacity for 6 people , this renovated accommodation equipped with air conditioning is located just 200 meters from the beach and has access to a communal pool .
The house is distributed over two floors; on the ground floor, you will find a cozy living-dining room with a fireplace, television, and access to a private terrace-garden completely fenced with artificial grass. The kitchen is independent and has everything you need, such as a ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. There is also a guest toilet on this floor.
On the upper floor, there are two double bedrooms with single beds and a main bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, in addition to a third en-suite bedroom with a double bed and a bathtub. The bedroom windows have mosquito nets. The house's garage is available for storage.
Our accommodation is located in Mas Pinell , a privileged area of the Costa Brava in Catalonia. You can explore the charming nearby towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit. The nearest supermarket (Raül Girona) is less than 6 km away. Additionally, within 3 km, you will find an excellent selection of restaurants to enjoy the delicious local cuisine.
