Panoramic villa on Lake Turano

Villa immersed in the woods at 750 meters above sea level, with a marvelous view of different views of the Turano Lake.
The house is on two levels with 6 bedrooms and two bathrooms on the upper floor, while on the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace and kitchen equipped with every comfort and service bathroom. The villa has large panoramic terraces on all levels, with a swimming pool in the summer.
A car garage completes the structure.
In the area it is possible to carry out numerous sporting activities: from trekking in the natural reserve of the Cervia and Navegna mountains, to the beach activities on the Turano lake, various boats can be rented, strolling in the various medieval villages overlooking the lake. The location is renowned for its home cooking where in the various restaurants you can taste all the specialties of the area, from truffles to porcini mushrooms, game and meats of all kinds. In half an hour by car you can reach the Abruzzo national park, with the Gran Sasso and the city of L'Aquila.

Un capodanno fantastico

Abbiamo passato un capodanno fantastico grazie alla bellissima casa spaziosa e ospitale e al proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. I pezzi forte sono il panorama mozzafiato e il salone spazioso e confortevole grazie anche al camino che ci ha permesso di riscaldare gran parte della casa. Purtroppo dalle foto non rende molto bene ma assicuro che la casa è davvero molto bella. Ci torneremo sicuramente :)

Perfect Stay

I was at this place summer 2021 with my friends and we couldn´t have had abetter place to stay! It looks like in a dream when you´re sitting on one of the terraces and watch the beautiful sunset. You also have your privacy as no one can look into your space from another house. I would highly recommend this place to you! Also the host of the house is super nice and uncomplicated; everything worked so easy and perfect! Thank you so much for this vacation, we would like to come back one day:)

Bellissima location

Bellissima casa in una splendida posizione panoramica. Abbiamo soggiornato in undici persone di cui cinque bambini che hanno apprezzato molto la piscina, il campo da calcetto ed il canestro. Pulizia impeccabile! Casa vicinissima al lago e circondato da paesi caratteristici da visitare. Padrone di casa gentile e disponibile, ci ha messo a disposizione qualunque servizio! Consigliatissima!

Una Villa con una vista bellissima!

Ho trascorso un piacevole Capodanno con i miei amici in questa villa. È grande e spaziosa con una vista bellissima. I proprietari sono stati gentili e disponibili. C’era tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno. L’unica cosa è che la casa per riscaldarsi ci mette molto essendo grande.

Una bella che si affaccia sul Lago di Turano

Ottima esperienza, quella che abbiamo passato io ed i miei amici, in questa villa. Eravamo in dodici ed abbiamo passato uno splendido capodanno. Proprietario disponibilissimo e gentilissimo. Tutto al nostro servizio, legna compresa. Unica pecca, abbiamo trovato la casa ghiacciata, e data la grande metratura abbiamo dovuto aspettare un bel pò prima che si riscaldasse. Del resto tutto quanto fantastico!

Casa molto bella, proprietari gentilissimi e panorama stupendo

Abbiamo pernottato due notti per Capodanno in 12 amici. La casa è situata in alto, sul fianco della montagna, circondata dal bosco, ed è raggiungibile attraverso delle scale (sono parecchie ma per niente impervie). Le macchine possono essere lasciate nel garage. È dotata di due ampie terrazze, una situata davanti l'ingresso (dotata di forno esterno, barbecue e tavolo). La vista è davvero mozzafiato, si apre sul lago del Turano che in qualsiasi stagione è spettacolare. Si entra direttamente nella sala dove vi è un grande tavolo (in 12 ci si mangia tranquillamente), il camino, la televisione, uno stereo e un divano letto da 2 posti (c'è anche un altro tavolo da almeno 6 posti). La cucina piccolina ma dotata di tutto (forno, forno a microonde, frigorifero e congelatore, pentole e tutte le attrezzature necessarie). Il primo piano si conclude con un bagno (con vasca) e un ripostiglio con un congelatore a pozzetto oltre a numerosi prodotti per la cura della casa e ulteriori sedie pieghevoli. Al secondo piano ci sono 5 ampie camere matrimoniali dotate di armadio, una cameretta con due letti singoli e due bagni (uno grande con vasca e doccia, l'altro più piccolo con la doccia). La casa è davvero grande e spaziosa, nonostante fossimo in 12 non abbiamo avuto alcun problema soprattutto per il bagno (ce ne sono tre, tutti dotati di acqua calda), inoltre è molto ben riscaldata (la notte la temperatura è scesa anche a -6 ma siamo stati benissimo). Siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti per la cura degli ambienti (era tutto molto pulito e curato), inoltre la casa era fornita di qualsiasi tipo di prodotto: pulizia della casa e della persona, primo soccorso, attrezzature per camino e per la cucina, legna e diavolina, asciugamani puliti e profumati in ogni camera nonché nei bagni. La cucina era fornita di caffè, zucchero, sale, olio, pasta, stoviglie di plastica, buste per l'immondizia, prodotti per la pulizia. I proprietari sono alla mano e molto disponibili, ci hanno sempre risposto per qualsiasi dubbio (anzi, ci sono anche venuti a prendere all'arrivo e alla nostra partenza sono tornati per salutarci). È evidente la cura dei proprietari per qualsiasi dettaglio e per il mantenimento della casa in ottimo stato! In conclusione, è stata un'esperienza fantastica e che sicuramente ripeteremo, è un'occasione da non farsi scappare sia per il posto che è magnifico e paradisiaco, sia per la casa che è bellissima e comodissima. WONDERFUL WEEKEND in una villa con vista mozzafiato sul lago del Turano

Abbiamo soggiornato nel weekend ad Ascrea in questa villa sospesa sul lago del Turano. La casa e' molto grande, pulita ed ordinata, con ampi spazi aperti con piscina ed una terrazza panoramica con eccezionale vista sul lago. All'interno abbiamo trovato tante camere che possono ospitare molte persone, con un grande salone con camino. Visto che il tempo e' stato bello e caldo abbiamo potuto sfruttare il barbecue , mangiando nella veranda dove e' presente un grande tavolo. I bambini hanno potuto giocare a basket e football, mentre noi adulti abbiamo potuto prendere il sole. La casa si trova a poche centinaia di metri dal centro abitato dove e' possibile fare la spesa, dove sono presenti alcuni ristorantini caratteristici. Sicuramente torneremo per capodanno in compagnia di tanti amici.

Nice home but not cleaned prior to my arrival

I arrived at the home with 8 other family members and friends, and was very disappointed to find that the interior of the home had not been cleaned. There was a layer of dust and dirt on all of the surfaces, including the tables and furniture, as well as all of the kitchenware. The toilet was dirty, the floors had not been swept, there was a mummified lizard on a window sill, and some of the linens had dead bugs on them. We contacted the owner, who insisted that the house was in fact clean, and when I asked for a refund of the rental fee, he refused, and continues to do so. While the home is in a beautiful location, the owner was dishonest with us and is not behaving responsibly..
