The charming practical kitchen has a cozy breakfast bar and 4 bar stools, designer lamp, 4-burner induction hob, microwave, airfryer, oven, cafetiere for making coffee, toaster, blender, electric kettle and electric juice maker, cups, pans, plates / cutlery, pepper, salt, olive oil, coffee, tea, glasses and a Nespresso coffee machine. The breakfast bar is also suitable as a work desk.
Tea towels included.
In the bright living room with fantastic lake view is a 3-seater sofa with armrests and neck supports. This is also a comfortable wide sofa bed of 1.60 by 2.00 from which you have a beautiful view. Wake up romantic! There is also a relaxed swivel chair 'swan'.
There is Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube, DVD player, radio, blue ray, music box and a card game. Safe available for your valuables.
From the living room you can enter the balcony through two French doors with large windows. The view is breathtaking! You can see the town of Bellano across the road , Varenna and Bellagio!
There are 2 chairs and a table on the balcony.

In the living room there are drawers for clothes and other items. Beautiful clothes rack with modern clothes hangers.
There are information folders about the area in which a lot of information can be found.

We are Anna and Adriaan from the Netherlands and since 2015 the proud owners of 'Le Quattro Stagioni'.
Pick the day, that's our motto.
And where better to live this than on the beautiful Lake Como in the country of 'dolce far niente' .... We are culinary enthusiasts and enjoy the Italian cuisine with its surprising dishes. Adriaan is a culinary photographer and Anna is a violinist. We regularly visit concerts and exhibitions in one of the beautiful villas!
But we also relax in and near our apartment.
Blissfully reading a book on the beach (50m) and then swimming in the lake. We find the ultimate holiday feeling here!

At a distance of 50 meters you can find the lake with the beach.
The local facilities such as the grocery store, bars and restaurants are also within a 5-minute walk. In the village itself there is a grocery store, a butcher and a greengrocer. The grocery store has freshly baked bread rolls every morning and everything for daily basic needs.
We like to walk and cycle. This environment is ideally suited for this. Many routes are well marked and well indicated.
A must is the walking of the 'Greenway' that runs along the lake.
The location of our apartment is located near the charming town of Menaggio (3.5 km) where the Ferry is located. This is the so-called. ' Golden Triangle '. The boat sails to Bellagio and Varenna. Beautiful places to visit.
