Very well located, since in a radius of 150 meters there is the beach, the city center, the hypermarket and the main avenue where all the shops are. The apartment is very bright and cozy, its area is 72 square meters, it has large windows, which all face the street. Being so well located you don't need to take a vehicle to get around,
