Enjoy stunning Gulf views at Majestic Sun 1112B from this 11th-floor corner vacation rental condo during your next vacation in Miramar Beach, FL. The photos will never do it justice. Walking into the main living space, windows line the Western gulf view and wrap around to the sliding patio doors highlighting the Southern full front gulf views! The large patio is the perfect spot to watch the dolphin play in the morning or experience a gorgeous sunset in the evening.


This condo has just undergone a complete remodel and everything is new, including the counters, flooring, furniture, and outdoor furniture. All three bedrooms contain a comfortable king size bed and the third bedroom also contains twin bunkbeds with a trundle. The living room also offers a sofa sleeper for additional guests. With more than enough room for 10 guests, this vacation rental condo is perfect for a family vacation or a beach getaway with friends.


With this rental, you are provided with four beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is onsite, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun should you need anything.


At Majestic Sun you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!


We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer) and the off season must be rented for a 3 night minimum.


*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa and pool decks. It is also prohibited from all balconies including a units private balcony. Violators may be subject to a fine by the HOA and/or eviction.**

*Please note peak seasons may require 6-7 night stays, otherwise, a 3 night minimum year-round.

Sunshine and Rainbows

Always a great time at the Majestic Sun. Great food at some of our favorite restraunts(Surf Hut, Pompano Joe's) as they are close. And still close to many others that we enjoy. Great weather for a fishing trip. The condo was well supplied with all that we needed to have the conveniences of home. Definetely recommend staying here.

Beach front win!

Our family of 6 stayed here and had a wonderful time. Property as described. We had a couple questions for the host and were able to get them answered immediately. We were missing a few items in the condo, and host brought them the following day which we really appreciated. Lots of space! 3 bathrooms was so nice! The beach access is so easy, right across the street. This 11th floor view was really beautiful! Fully stocked kitchen was so helpful! Thanks for a wonderful week!

Great unit at Majestic Sun

I have rented multiple units over several years at the Majestic Sun in Miramar / Destin. This was hands down the best unit I have rented. It was clean, well taken care of, and the decor / furnishings were perfect to make you really feel at home at the beach! Great layout and great property. We had a family of 7 and were able to fit comfortably.

Beautiful

This condo worked perfectly for my family of four. Our college age daughters were thrilled they did not have to share a room. The view was breathtaking! When I couldnt find a blender for our frozen drinks the site manager had a brand new blender sent up that same morning. We felt safe and the unit was very clean. Would definitely stay again!

It was clean and had somewhat decently stocked kitchen. We love that this is so close to anything you would want to do...restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, etc. The Surf Hut is 3-4 minutes down the road and is our favorite restaurant. It is worth checking out. You won't be sorry if you book this condo!!

Reviewer Comments: Brought my 17 year old son, his gf, my 2 best friends and one of their 15 yr old daughters to this large 3 bedroom/3bath condo on the 12th floor, corner unit with huge balcony overlooking the gorgeous sand and water! We were lucky to find this one at the last minute. Very spacious. The pictures don't do it justice. As a realtor, I'm spoiled and prefer granite counters and stainless appliances, but thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! We spent time on this beach, Seaside Village, Aly's Beach, and walking around the Emerald Grande, AJs area and all it has to offer. The prettiest beach was the one right beside the bridge near the Emerald Grande, omg, this wide beach with white sand that looked like snow was secluded! The beach at Majestic Sun was busy with spring breakers but fun to watch people from the balcony too. The Whales Tail was right across the street for an ocean side lunch. Mona from Destin Palm Vacations was so very helpful and friendly. I feel like I know her although never laid eyes on her...Great job MONA! She's a local and looks out for your interests! Thanks for the 2 free beach chairs and free wifi we got to use by booking with you! Will never forget this vacation! Viva Destin (and Miramar) Beach!

Christmas Vacation

This home was as described. It was large and spacious for our family of eight. We usually cook all our our meals in house and the kitchen was well equipped with the exception it only had three pots/pans: a larger pot, a small pot and a fry pan. We adjusted and made it work. We also read about issues with the air conditioning from past renters. Our week over Christmas was exceptionally warm. We kept the doors closed but noted the air conditioning was not lowering the temperature in the unit below 78* and also noticed the unit continued to run. Finally after the condo reached 80*, we called maintenance who confirmed the air conditioner was not working properly and a part had to be ordered. Maintenance brought us a portable air conditioning unit to use for the next three days which cooled off the main living area but the bedrooms remained warm. This unit was very nice and pretty much, as described. Majestic Sun is a great place to stay.

Majestic Sun is conveniently located across from the beach and the views were phenomenal. We spent much of our time on the large balcony and appreciated that the owners provided counter height furniture to maximize the view. The property management company was very helpful with any questions we had and made renting a golf cart fun and efficient. Would definitely rent this property again.

Everything was perfect! We were so happy to find beach chairs in the laundry room closet! Although there were chairs provided by the condo association, they were not very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again the next time we go to Destin!

The only complaint I have is that the dryer was not working very well and we had to run clothes twice to get dry. Otherwise, great stay as always. *The white couch did have some kind of red juice stains and was not very clean but it's hard to keep white clean. Otherwise all great!
