S'Ermita (Talaiot 25) is a beautiful villa located in the heart of Mallorca, in Inca. Specifically in the urbanization s'Ermita 2 minutes by car from the city. It is located in a very quiet area with unbeatable unobstructed views of different villages in the north of Mallorca and its mountains. The situation is privileged as it is 20 minutes drive from the best beaches on the Island and also 20 minutes from the fantastic Sierra de Tramuntana.

The house is ideal to enjoy with family and friends. It has capacity for 8 people. It consists of a private parking on the ground floor with capacity for 4-5 cars, air conditioning, laundry room and a bathroom with shower.

From the parking you can directly access the first floor where we find 2 beautiful rooms, a large kitchen, a double room with bathroom and bathtub and a toilet. From this floor you can access the most incredible place in the house that are the terraces, the garden and of course the pool. It is a beautiful area where you can enjoy relaxation and views in your hammocks and on the outdoor sofa or enjoy a good breakfast on a sunny day or a good meal in the outdoor dining area or a rich barbecue at sunset.

If we return to the interior of the house we can climb a warm Mallorcan stone staircase that will take us to the top where we find 1 living room with a piano to enjoy music, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and one of them with a large jacuzzi .

Also highlight that Inca is the second most important city in Mallorca and that it has all kinds of services, known as the city of the skin has an important commercial area dedicated to it, no less remarkable is its gastronomy that has numerous cellers and prestigious restaurants. In the center we will find varied shops and on Thursdays a great market in which to spend a pleasant morning.
