Don't stress over packing up the car.....YOU'RE ON VACATION AFTER ALL! Just grab your beach stuff and head out through the dunes to the ocean! Ready to eat or just hang out off the ocean? Set up at our heated pool that is open year round OR walk across the street to Coligny Plaza where you'll find restaurants, shopping, music, nightlife, an ice cream shop, and even a grocery store.

Our home has everything you need including a well equipped kitchen, new washer and dryer and a new 55in Smart TV with 100+ HD channels! We provide beach towels and chairs, beach toys, an umbrella and boogie boards too! There is Wi-Fi throughout the complex and we always use CDC approved disinfectants and cleaning methods.

There's tons to do near us too! Celebration Park (10 acres) is right across the street, 60 miles of bike paths to ride, sunset dinner cruises, or maybe just sitting on the beach in front of our unit watching sunrise.

We were both in the customer service industry for 45+ years and have hosted over 350 family's, so when you choose us, you should EXPECT an awesome vacation experience that exceeds your every expectation.

Perfect location
I have only been to Hilton Head one other time but didn’t stay the night. This time I decided to stay and glad I did. The location is perfect for walking to the shops and restaurants. Plus the beach is also walking distance so you don’t have to worry about parking. Overall amazing will definitely be staying here again.

Last minute getaway
My wife and I were needing to escape the damage from Hurricane Helene so we were looking for a last minute location to book. Having traveled to HHI many times over the years this was our obvious choice. We booked Howard and Allison’s place and we couldn’t have made a better choice. The condo was immaculate and proved to be just as the online description showed. It looks to be recently upgraded and had everything we needed. The wifi worked great which proved to be very beneficial as I was able to work remotely. Howard and Allison were absolutely amazing to work with. Once they learned of our storm damage displacement they when above and beyond to offer to assist us any way possible. We definitely plan on staying in their condo on our next trip to HHI.

I've stayed at a number of places on HHI, all advertising beachfront. This one is the closest to the beach of all of them so far! The location is a prime location near dozens of shops, restaurants and things to do. The condo also has a small washer and dryer in it which is super helpful for washing towels and swimwear each day. I appreciated all the hooks and places to store things that they had set up, since the unit is fairly small. There is one formal bedroom, then a set of galley bunkbeds in the hall way and a couch in the living room. I didn't check to see if it was a pull out bed or not. On the balcony (which you can sort of see the ocean if you strain your neck a little) you will find for you to use an umbrella, a kid's life vest, two boogie boards, sand toys and there are 4 chairs although I can't vouch that they all work. There is an outdoor pool area with two small pools and ample seating. The larger pool has a depth of 8 feet. The boardwalk to the beach is very short! That was the really fantastic part. Many other stays on HHI you are walking a quarter mile til you get to the beach. There is also ample parking, I got a nice covered area, which worked fantastic, my car stayed cool and protected. The only negative thing which is beyond the owner's control is there is only one working elevator- and it is as far away from the unit as you can be. So when we took our beach things down in our wagon or to load or unload our car, it was kind of a jaunt.

Family Vacation 2024
This condo was perfect for our family of 5 with 3 young children. Our girls (6,4) loved the bunk beds and they were very comfortable. Our son who is 2 we put on a little cot that we brought beside our bed in the bedroom and it fit great! You cannot beat the location for convenience and good bike riding! The unit was very clean and kitchen was well stocked. I have celiac and cannot eat gluten and was worried about not having a true oven as we cook most of our meals, but the ninja countertop oven was perfect and so easy to use!! We will absolutely be back!

A beautiful getaway
Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay. The bunk beds were functional for our children, the bedroom was spacious, and the pull out queen sofa was also perfect for us. The unit was very clean and beautifully decorated. They included beach chairs, sand toys, and boogie boards but we had remembered to bring ours. The kitchen included a full size refrigerator, a toaster oven, microwave, and a stove top. Clean cookware and dishes were provided for use. The dishwasher and washer/dryer were also nice and updated. We have loved staying at breakers in the past, but this unit was the cleanest and nicest so far. The pool and property is well maintained, and you are just steps from coligny plaza and the beach. We parked our truck and never got back in it. The communication between us and the hosts was also super prompt and polite. We would love to come back next year. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with our family. I would and will recommend this as the best place to stay on hilton head island.

We feel that we should be reimbursed for the dryer and the cleaning. Overall not worth what was advertised. Seriously thinking not to go VRBO anymore.

Why they chose this property

Well, we finally made the move to purchase a second home and what a great place to end up. Who doesn't love the ocean beaches and as a bonus, our family loves golf and tennis too!

What makes this property unique

The Breakers 307 is one of the very limited ocean front properties on HHI and one of even fewer ocean front properties that are also directly across the street from Coligny Plaza, know as Hilton Heads downtown. We now have 8 years of providing guest experiences, having hosted over 350 couples and families in our home. We would very much look forward to hosting your stay on the island too!
