Location! 3bed/3bath Luxury 5 Star Condo on the 9th floor with front facing ocean views from every single room! The resort offers several pools for all ages including water slide, childrens area, adult only pool, infinity pool, lazy river, and water caves.

The Honua Kai (HK) resort is located at the northern end of golden Ka'anapali Beach, considered one of the world's best, warmed by the beautiful Maui sun and overlooking the islands of Lanai and Molokai.

The ocean views are even more impressive than the photos.

The property is amazing, and the condo was well furnished. My family saw many whales from the lanai, and the beach was so much fun. There are plenty of restaurants/food trucks that are easily walkable, and the grocery store across the street is very convenient. My family is content and relaxed.

Great Views

We had a great time at Honua Kai. Amazing property. Great view from the room. Saw lots of Whales jumping from the room. Went during spring break and the resort didn't seem that crowded. The pools and grounds were in great shape. The room had everything a higher end unit should have. Owner responded quickly to our questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view

The view of this place is STUNNING! I really can’t thank Jaleh enough for her great communication! We had issues with checking in late at night and she answered promptly and was able to help! Even the hotel staff acknowledged that most property owners don’t answer phones that late at night! There was a large leak upon our check in but it didn’t reoccur after we cleaned it up the first time thank goodness. Overall would definitely stay here again, the resort is great and provided the perfect space for our group of 6!

Fabulous three bedroom three bath top level, oceanview apartment. Plenty of room for all, large dining area, kitchen and lanai. Whales blowing offshore every day, all day, and great offshore snorkeling.

Wowza!

This was a great place to stay for our family of six. The place was so clean, the view was amazing, and we had everything we needed in the condo. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and lots of room in the refrigerator and wine cooler. The washer and dryer worked great! We appreciated the extra beach towels, we used them every day. Can't wait to come back!

MAUI in January

Honua Kai is a wonderful location. This resort is one of the best! Our 3-bedroom condo has a spectacular view of the Pacific and Lanai. The whales are part of the scenery, as well. This condo has the location, but some of the touches that would shout “5 star” are missing. That said, 4-star is darned good.

Unbeatable views, beautiful spacious condo

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the resort was, the condo was even more beautiful -- especially with those expansive views of the ocean. We didn't spend much time at the resort pool, we're beach people. But even though the beach was pretty narrow, it was a welcome relief from the craziness just a mile down at Kaanapali. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and the closet was stocked with beach chairs/coolers as needed. Overall very clean, spacious and updated. Did I mention the views? I would definitely recommend this place to any large group.

AMAZING VACATION

This condo, and the view from the balcony are actually BETTER (if that is even possible) than the pictures. First of all, the resort is beautiful, very well maintained, friendly staff and in the perfect location. The boardwalk in front of the resort weaves its way down the coast and gives you access to several other hotels, restaurants, activity rentals, and beaches. Dukes (the on site beachfront restaurant) has great food and drinks if you wish to stay put. Jaleh has someone greet you at the condo and review everything when you get there....which is a great perk as we had multiple questions about the resort. The condo itself is spacious, has very high end finishes, is beautifully decorated, and very comfortable beds. I would recommend this condo to anyone!

Beautiful views, beautiful property

This condo was very comfortable, had beautiful views of the resort property and ocean with the island of Lanai'i in the distance. We often saw whales from the lanai. The resort itself is lovely, with beautiful grounds and nice pools. It was quiet as well. The condo is contemporary, clean, and well appointed. We had everything we needed. Small issues, like some light bulbs that burned out, were addressed immediately. Jaleh was always responsive both during the months leading up to our stay as well as during our stay and checked in to make sure everything was going well. Everything was clean and well maintained. We were able to use the sound system to play music throughout the condo, the kitchen was perfect for meals in. We would stay again in a heartbeat! Well worth it!

Wonderful Family Stay in Maui

Our trip to Maui included my husband, myself, our two children who were 8 and 10, and both my mom and mother-in-law. The condo was well appointed and gave us plenty of room to be together when wanted and have our space when we needed. The condo had everything we needed to prepare meals and store any leftovers. We mostly ate breakfast and a couple of dinners at the condo. Everything you need for the beach is there as well. My mom is a huge fan of boogie boarding and was thrilled to see three in the closet. She and the boys hit the beach early every day to get their fix. The views from the lanai were gorgeous. All of our communication with Jaleh was easy and she was so responsive. Our check in process was easy as well and we were given wonderful recommendations on places to eat, photographers for family photos, activities, etc. We had the best vacation and plan to be back!

Beautiful, spacious, homely, perfect!

The pictures of the condo are beautiful but don't compare to the actual property in person! It's beautiful and spacious and the furniture is very comfortable. Great for a big group! We had our large family with us and the space had no problem accommodating all of us. The beds are very comfortable and the sofa bed is also really comfy! Kitchen's nice and spacious and has a lot of basic cooking spices and utensils. We ended up grilling and cooking a few nights in Maui since the resort has free to use gas grills. More than that, Jaleh was a wonderful owner!! She is very quick to respond and we kept in touch throughout our stay for a couple of things including a midweek cleaning and needing a late checkout since our flight wasn't until late evening. She was great!! Can't say enough about our experience dealing with her and would definitely stay here again. Honua Kai (where the condo is located) is a beautiful, SUPER family friendly resort with lots of pool space, a nice restaurant (Duke's) with a kid's menu, a beautiful beach for running, a little rocky on entry into the water so would recommend water shoes to keep your feet protected. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Lahaina. Really nice giant grocery store right across the street (Times Supermarket) makes it really convenient to stock up on groceries. Also lots of good restaurants nearby as well. Can't recommend this place enough. Thank you Jaleh!
