Comfortable apartment a stone's throw (700 meters) from the historic center (pleasant 10-minute walk with a wonderful panoramic view, at night the walkway from the historic center to the apartment is FULLY illuminated) with private and free parking inside the property, moreover the possibility of covered and locked parking with keys for guests on bicycles. The apartment is surrounded by many green areas and children's playgrounds. Under the house a convenient bus stop that connects the historic center every 20 minutes. After booking, I will send you all the information about the apartment and the nearest supermarket where you can buy food and more. If you wish I will show you an excellent restaurant to have typical dishes of the place at a great price. The apartment has all the comforts you will need: A spacious kitchen, two large bedrooms, a washing machine with a balcony where you will have the possibility to put your clothes to dry.

Not great

Anna was very nice and friendly but speaks no English but this was not a big deal. The home was clean, well furnished and in a good location but nothing in walking distance. Our rating was only 2 stars because we could not find towels and we woke up to jack-hammer construction noise coming from next-door. We left early in a hurry to get away from the noise without a shower.

Tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hat eine fantastische Lage. Man ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten in der Altstadt von San Gimignano, man hat den Blick in die toskanische Landschaft. Ein Spielplatz mit Seilbahn in der Nähe war für die Kinder ideal. Wir hatten nette Gespräche mit den einheimischen Nachbarn. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen. Die Vermieterin Anna war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Einzig ein Besen hat gefehlt :-) Alles in allem eine sehr zu empfehlende Wohnung!

Spotless apartment within walking distance to the walls of San Gimignano

Anna is a very gracious and helpful hostess, the apartment is spacious and spotlessly clean. We were able to easily walk over to the gates of the city, with a large grocery store nearby. There is not a separate sitting room, however the kitchen has 2 armchairs and a table which seats 4 people. There was a slight odour in the apartment which we felt was coming from the drains in the bathroom but otherwise this is a perfect spot for a base in Tuscany with beautiful scenery and easy access to the Chianti region. Would love to stay there again for a longer period of time. Thank you Anna, you have a beautiful apartment.
