Paestum (Sa) - Zona Laura: 2.5 km from the Archaeological Zone and only 250 meters from the sea on foot, crossing the pine forest in the cool, with access to the free beach (Blue Flag) or private beach.
Apartment in Villa (Ground Floor) in a private park where children play quietly and you can walk. 2 bedrooms + 1 sofa bed, 2 bathrooms with shower and tub, large living room, kitchen, garden, parking for 1 car. No linen, no towels.
The apartment is on the ground floor. The spiral staircase (which leads to the upper terrace belonging to the attic and not available for the apartment), present in the garden, is closed and must not be used. The owner, during the rental periods, is not on the first floor and never uses this front spiral staircase and does not go into the garden of the apartment except for service reasons.
Parking for 1 car inside the villa.
