Lounge with large screen TV, dining room. Heated swimming pool (from June to September) of 10x4m, barbecue area covered 25m2 table from 10 to 12 people. Enclosed garden of 500m2, 3 car garage + "spaces outside in an enclosed space. Close to all amenities Nearest airport PORTO at 150km, Viseu at 35km, Lamego at 25km, the Douro valley with its beautiful landscapes at 20 mn. Near the Vilar dam or you can exercise fishing, water games, rides in the heart of villages ...
