Very spacious 3 bedroom townhouse in quiet and central location, near to the Hotel Parador, the famous Carabeo street and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful Balcón de Europa. Within a small and quiet typical Andalusian urbanization within the heart of Nerja. It shares a really nice garden and pool with the few other houses in the complex. It is a 5 minutes walk to beach, 10 minute walk to Balcon de Europa. It has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, large lounge/dining room, 2 terraces throughout the property with sea, pool and mountain views. Fully equipped kitchen. On the second floor are the two bedrooms and bathroom, with a double bed, on the third floor you have one bedroom with doublbed. It has a roof terrace to enjoy the sun privately.

Ideal for families or couples.
There are numerous restaurants , bars, a supermarket and bakery within a few minutes walk to suit every budget. The house sits right between the beautiful old streets of the town and the wonderful Burriana Beach.

Los Huertos

The house is perfectly situated for both beach and town. It has a great swimming pool area with well kept garden. The house is simply but adequately furnished

Loved it

Great location .. very close to both Burriana beach and also the old town, and plenty of local restaurants nearby. Very spacious house with 3 double bedrooms all with either juliet or full balcony. Use the transfer service its professional, good value for money and takes you straight to the accommodation with keys. Thanks for a great stsy.!! P.s property has a washing machine and a hairdryer - both useful and arent mentioned in the property details.

Spacious apartment but some basic amenities. Road noise, good location

The staff were helpful and friendly. The kitchen was excellent and grounds and pool well maintained After hours 'Meet and greet' was a bit confusing, hard to see key pad numbers in dark, the map was not very good. Very basic furniture and the sun bed on roof belongs in the bin. Beds very noisy, bad smell from downstairs toilet and lots of road noise so could not use the road side bedroom

Gut Lage, Sauberkerkeit naja

Wir hatten allgemein einen schönen Urlaub. Die Wohnung war zentrumsnah und nah an den Stränden und hatte alles was wir brauchten. Was uns nicht so gefallen hat war die Hellhörigkeit, die Badewanne war nicht wirklich nutzbar da das Wasser im Bad nicht ganz heiß genug und Wanne zu klein war und es hätte alles etwas sauberer sein können.

Los Heurtos - Gorgeaus !!

Our 2nd time here. We knew everyone around the pool as they all stayed last year too. Says alot as people keep coming back. House, pool, gardens, security, location - all unbeatable ... The power in the house had a power trip-switch on several ocassions. Most rooms needed light bulbs. No wardrobes in the 3rd (top floor) bedroom. House sleeps 6 but only 4 chairs in garden and 5 chairs around dining table... otherwise all very good...

Noe slitt, trenger en make over.

Dårlig rengjort, spes. Toalettene og badekar/dusj. Boligen er beregnet på minst 6 personer men kun 5 sitteplasser rundt spisebord. Utemøblene hadde kun 4 stoler. Toppterassen hadde ingen møbler foruten en solseng som var nær ved å revne. Stuen hadde kun 4 sitteplasser, en 2-seter og to stoler. Måtte ut å kjøpe rengjøringsmidler for rengjøring av toalettene og badekar/dusj. Var heller ikke oppvaskhånklær der. Markisen var fillete rundt og manglet trekktau for å ta inn og ut. Ble gitt beskjed til kontoet/formidler 5/6 ganger og ble hver gang lovet at de skulle komme og ordne, men ingen kom i løpet av de 4 ukene vi var der. Men Nerja var vakker som alltid og vi kommer tilbake, men ikke til den leiligheten. Kontor/formidler(?)har hyggelige folk bortsett fra en, som var stort sett sur(tror hun var sjefen) Det positive var soverommene,,veldig bra. Og at boligen ligger veldig sentralt🌞

The appartment was very cold when we arrived in januar and it was very difficult to warm it up for the the first week. Every morning and evening it was necersary to use the heating system. The kitchen never warmed up. It is not good for a cold period because we had to use the heating-system (aircondition) every day until 24. of marts. The rooms are all right but need some more attentions. Special the livingroom is worn out. The terrasse is sunny in the afternoon but rather small. It faces a nice very silent garden and there is no view to the surroundings.The terrasse could need some re-newing - the markise was completely ragged out and when it rained the floor was a swimmingpool. You must be very patience when you ask for reparations.Some never succeded during 2 months. The staf is very helpfull, but the female manager at the office is difficult to handel and rather insulting. The appartment is best in warm periods like late spring,summer or fall.
