Ideally located on the edge of the Bourgoyen-Ossemeersen nature reserve, just 3 km from Ghent's historic center. The flat consists of one open space and a bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower or combination bath / shower, sink and toilet. The open space features a comfortable sofa, a table with two chairs, a double bed (2 boxspring beds of 90x210) and a kitchenette.
The kitchenette is equipped with a small fridge, sink, microwave, nespresso machine & tea maker, crockery, ... ideal for preparing breakfast and a small meal. Please note that the kitchenette can not be cooked.
There is a groceries and breakfast service if desired.
The flat is located outside the circulation plan and therefore no license is required for the car. Free private parking available. Very smooth public transport: bus stop at 250m, bus on average at 7 'to 10', bus ride to center takes 15 '. There is also the possibility to rent bicycles and e-bikes.
