A charming, comfy mid-terrace holiday cottage on a quiet residential street in Pakefield near Lowestoft, with a two-minute walk to the beach and three bedrooms sleeping up to five people. Located two minutes from a dog friendly beach.
There are three first floor bedrooms, one single, one twin and a double. First floor shower room. Downstairs family bathroom, accessed via the kitchen. Sitting room with dining table and Victorian fireplace. Patio doors leading to a sunny patio. The kitchen is between the sitting room and bathroom, with a door to the garden which then has a gate leading to the beach. Gas central heating /gas fire. TV with Freeview, DVD, fast WiFi. Fuel and power, bed linen and towels all inc. in rent. Roadside parking is first come, first served. Enclosed paved rear garden with furniture and covered pond, children to be supervised please. One small, well-behaved dog welcome. The beach is dog friendly and horse riding is available. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 4 mins walk. Beach 2 mins walk. Note: Covered pond in garden, children to be supervised. Note; the property has original stairs -while they can be steep, they are wide and do have a handrail.
