First floor apartment of 200 square meters in villa with 5000sqm garden surrounded by olive trees, the apartment consists of four double bedrooms two bathrooms, kitchen and large terrace safe. It has a shared use of a gazebo barbecue private indoor parking and for indoor motorcycles. Small and large pets are accepted free of charge. The property is a few km from the Cinque Terre accessible by train, two km from the sea, 200 meters from supermarkets and restaurants. Three km from the highway and from Carrara station. A few km you can visit the Carrara quarries and it is a prestigious archaeological area. In a short time you can reach cities like Lucca Pisa Firenze Genova. Do not miss the town of Sarzana where the Mind Festival takes place every year from the end of August to the beginning of September. Very suitable for motorcyclists because of the large private parking.
