Beautiful Oceanfront Condo - 137th St SummerSea

This beautiful condominium is Ocean Front, raised first floor with beach access next to it expanding your view to the side too!

There is a reserved parking space right out front. Washer and Dryer are full-size. Master bedroom is king-size with private bathroom. Cable TV with USB port for chrome or fire stick in master bedroom.

Second bedroom is large with two queen-size beds and bathroom right outside door. Secind bedroom has a smart tv with loaded apps, just sign in!

Balcony is fully furnished and well protected. The beach is generous and life guarded all summer. We are just a few blocks from the MD/DE border on 137th street.

Family room has Cable w/ HBO and a New Smart TV with DVD and VCR combination. Kitchen is fully stocked. There is a full sized washer and dryer.

A Great Week

Very Nice

The property was as advertised. Pictures accurate. Owners very caring and responsive. There is plenty of space and everything you need. Steps to beach. I would recommend this property to anyone. Me, personally..I Like a pool and the dune made me wish we were higher but you cant go wrong here. Very nice.

Fantastic Beach Getaway

Feom the moment we arrived and checked in, which by the way was extremwly easy, with the combination lock at the unit. We were immediately hit with a sense of relief and excitement. The location of the house and its proximity to the ocean was fantastic. What made the trip that much better was that there were a ton of families eith kids that ranged in the same age geoup od my two sons. Everyday we went out they always found a good size group of kids to play with. Wether it be playing tag, building sand castles, swimming in the ocean, or even collecting hermit crabs; I can say without hesitation that this family vacation definitely rankes in the top 5 for its peacefull g

Brenda was really helpful and welcoming. The location of the condo was fantastic, right on the beach and near entertainment and restaurant. The condo is clean, spacious and well equipped. Definitely our to go place in the futur!

We had two children and a toddler. It was easily enough space. Everything clean and working, many extras we weren’t expecting like beach toys and chairs. Perfect proximity to beach and city activities and shopping.

August 2-Week Vacation

Brenda's SummerSea condo was perfect! We have been vacationing in North Ocean City for over 15 years, and are fortunate to have found this terrific condo - quiet location, easy access to unit and beach, peaceful balcony, incredibly simple check-in and out, including 10 am check-out time. Great location next to beach access. New furniture in living & dining rooms. Beds were very comfortable. The bathroom tile needed a good spraying with mold prevention (we took care of it). The dishwasher broke down on weekend and owner very kindly sent a repair man at the additional charge.

My husband, six-year-old son and myself really enjoyed our stay at Brenda’s condo in ocmd! The room was very spacious for the three of us and comfortable, the location was absolutely perfect! We are looking forward to next years vacation

Summersea Unit 1S

This condo was as advertised, right on the beach with super easy access to and from and great parking. First floor is key for lugging bags in and out. Check was the easiest ever with Brenda mailing the keys ahead of time! There are a handful of beach chairs available in the closet at the front door along with plenty of beach toys for the young kids. The view of the beach is somewhat blocked by the dune but the ocean is visible and there are the soothing sounds of the waves and the beach. The condo is dated, no denying that. But everything inside works, I can’t keep a dishwasher operating for more than a year at home but somehow the appliances have withstood the test of time here! We had a brief issue with the Nest thermostat going into ECO mode but Brenda was immediately available and resolved the issue in just a couple minutes. It was a comfortable home for a week at the beach for sure!

Family vacation

Great location on the beach.Was easy to navigate the area compared to the boardwalk,which was very busy and heavily populated.The condo had everything needed,including some much needed beach chairs and toys to play.I thought it was very generous for that and closet by the kitchen that had things you would probably forget.And lastly first floor was nice!plenty of family memories made and would definitely rent again if available

Getaway Weekend

The four of us (60+) decided to get away after our long CoVid months. We were lucky to find this condo available. The condo was beautiful, right on the beach! The views were fabulous, with the built up dunes, the deck was very private. Not that we cooked much, but the kitchen was very well equipped and loved the pantry that was stocked and if you use something, replace it before you leave. The master bedroom was spacious with plenty of closet and drawer space. The second bedroom also had plenty storage and comfortable beds. We had a great time and hope to be back soon.

Great location, cute unit, spectacular view

In the quieter side of OC which is exactly what we wanted. The beach was so convenient. The unit was cute and clean. Easy in and easy out for coming and going. Wish there was recycling area. There were plenty of dishes, pots and pans, silverware for everyone. Easy internet/wireless connection. Some reviews mentioned outdated furniture and appliances. Sure they were but they worked fine and we didn’t have any issues. Had a great time in the area. The only thing that was disappointing was that the beach could have had more trash receptacles and there were dog owners who didn’t pick up after their dogs at the beach and for those that did, they just left their poop bags on the beach! It was not enjoyable to see that.
