Gruissan ist eine Reise wert.
Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, nahe am Strand. Allerdings ist es in die Jahre gekommen.

passe de mauvaise vacance
très déçu de cette maison très petite mal agencé fourmi dans la douche moisissure sur les bords de la douche et qui est très étroite saleté derrière la machine à laver la plage du grazel qui n'est pas une plage mais un petit point d'eau les bateaux sorte devan c'est dégueulasse,la terrasse qui n'est pas droite on se prend les pieds à chaque fois bref très mauvais séjour je recommande pas cette residence.

IDEALE
Résidence a 50 m de la plage. Commerce à proximité .Promenade sur de longues distances et marche dans l eau en bord de mer idéales. L appartement propre avec tout les ustensiles et électro ménager nècèssaires. Seul petit bémol le barbecue entouré de végétation .Nous ne l avons pas utilisé de peur de bruler les arbustes. Proprietaires tres aimables a qui nous souhaitons un prompt rétablissement . Notre séjour c est déroulé a merveille et si nous pouvons revenir dans un temps futur nous y reviendrons.Salutations

Schön gelegenes Ferienhaus mit direktem Zugang zur Promenade
Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist wirklich sehr schön. Es gibt zwei direkte Zugänge zur Promenade. Die Nachbarn rund herum sind sehr nett. Die Vermieter, Herr und Frau Duran sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Ferienhaus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, bedarf aber dringend einer umfänglichen Renovierung . Herr Duran gab uns weiter , dass über den Winter das Bad saniert werden würde. Die Photos sind zum Teil nicht mehr aktuell. So standen während unseres Aufenthalts zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Aufgrund der Bewertung von Vormietern haben wir unsere eigenen Räder mitgebracht.

Schöne Lage - tolle Strände - schöne Umgebung
die freundlichen Gastgeber versuchten alles um einem zu helfen, leider nur in Französisch was ab und an schwierig war. Die Lage des Hauses ist toll - Ausstattung o.k. Deutschsprachiger Fernseher. Die Sauberkeit könnte etwas den deutschen Ansprüchen angehoben werden. Idee der Fahrräder top, leider in einem schlechten(bei einem sogar verkehrsgefährlichem-eine Bremse defekt) Zustand.
