Compact but comfortable and clean. Bathroom could use a shelf over toilet near sink. Entrance from parking to door was not very friendly to the suitcases.
We love this little cabin so much. Surprised by the yummy goodies in the refrigerator!! This place was filled with all sorts of funny things to look at. We will be back next year for the art festival and stay here for sure. Thank you Stephanie you were the best 💕
We were in town for a quick family event and the location of the B&B was just what we needed...between Ingram and Kerrville. The owner was super sweet and knew a lot about the area...and her gift shop was FABULOUS...wish I'd have had more time to shop.
We stayed in Cabin #3 and loved it. Lots of knickknacks though and it was a chore keeping little hands off of things (almost 3 year old).
The only negative and it really isn't a negative if the weather is good, is that you have to park and haul your belongings up a stone path to the rooms. Thankfully we didn't have any rain or that wouldn't have been fun. Also, one of the amenities listed was a hot tub and we did not see one, which my daughter was bummed about...but that could have been a mis-print.
Overall a great little place! We enjoyed it and if in the area again, will definitely book @ Wishing Well B&B!
This room has all the amenities. The room was spacious. The bathroom was adequate. The back fence opens to a Wine bar with Friday and Saturday night entertainment. The host was fantastic. She does her best to supply all you need. She runs a coffee and boutique shop that you can buy gifts for your friends and family.
Property was clean and cozy. The house was stocked well with toiletries, breakfast food, cookware, coffee and linens. The town of Ingram was fun with the art festival just down the street. We came in town for the Kerrville Triathlon which was minutes away. We plan to return. Thanks.
Always love staying at this magical spot while gathering with my fellow creatives.
Accommodations were excellent and all the extra touches were so appreciated. Don’t miss shopping her Boutique!!!
Cabin 3 was the perfect situation for my husband and me and our two dogs. The cabin is spacious, the bed is very comfortable, and the refrigerator is stocked with all sorts of goodies for breakfast and snacks. We enjoyed sitting outside in the evening, and even crossed through the back gate one night to get a glass of wine at the wine bar next door.
We loved our stay. The property was very peaceful, each cabin has a nice shaded porch for coffee and visiting. We stayed in one cabin, my parents in the other, it was the perfect set-up. The beds were super comfortable and the cabin was fully stocked. Thank you for everything!
We had a great stay at this sweet b&b! Three cabins grouped together with large fenced in yard area, pet friendly, which is so appreciated! Each outfitted with outdoor porch/comfy seats. In & out, everything you need - stocked kitchen, bug spray, nice towels & toiletries, lovely selection of breakfast items in fridge (muffins, coffee, milk, cereal, etc.) Shame that so many businesses were closed on the historic loop - we did find a cool beer garden. Such kind people everywhere. Small Town charm is real! You can't find a more comfy or better stocked place to stay. Close to Stonehenge theater as well, productions always great.
Based off of the positive reviews, we decided to stay Friday through Sunday and I was that we did. Wishing Well in a hidden gem in a great location. Studio like design with a full kitchen, bedroom, living area and full bathroom. Everthing was clean and tidy. Very spacious for the square footage, even with the family. The owner, Stephanie Miller, was a very kind, considerate and welcoming. Don't think twice about booking this rental space. Do it. You won't regret it.
Love this place . Have stayed cabin 2 and 3. Both are wonderful. King beds in both. Mattress in both cabins are awesome. Cabin 3 is my favorite. It has a full kitchen and large bathroom with a nice covered patio to enjoy. Will definitely be staying there again.
Room was as advertised… it was our 9th wedding anniversary!! We hit about 18 different wineries in the 3 days we were there!! Spent two evenings at Joanne Marie and Me at the back of the property (very intimate and cozy) Plenty of room for me and my wife and two pugs!! The cabin had all the amenities that you would want…cozy/comfortable king size bed, nice kitchen… Walked about a block to the Guadalupe River…quiet and off the beaten path… enjoyed Kerrville (The Grape Juice Bar was excellent for dinner) thanks for a great time!! We would definitely stay again!!
My son and I needed a place to stay while attending a goat clinic in Comfort. It was 30 min away, more reasonable than the hotels in the area and was the perfect size for us. I was in Cabin 3 which is long and narrow but very comfortable. The fridge had milk, muffins, eggs, cereal, oatmeal, jelly and milk for breakfast. Not sure if that is the normal stash of food or if she catered to my 10 year old she knew was coming. Stephanie was quick to respond and her shop in front is adorable. My son saw lightning bugs for the 1st time as they are all over the place. Use mosquito spray at dusk as they were bad but there is some I. The cabin as well. The bed was also very comfy.
