A deco jewel in the center of Budapest. Apartment located on the 4th floor of a historic building (Viktoria Palota) with a panoramic view of the Great Synagogue of Budapest and a stone's throw from Erzsébet tér.
The location of the apartment is central and close to all the main monuments, shops, bars and restaurants. The building is located between the Deák Ferenc tér square and Astoria with several metro lines, buses and trams to reach anywhere in the city.
The view from the living room for reasons of force majeure is not assured in the case of work on the facade or an advertisement, causes that do not depend on us. The only assured view, as described in the announcement, is that of the Great Synagogue.

Excellent stay. Lovely apartment exactly as it looks on site. Warm, well equipped and perfectly located to walk to all tourist sites. Also convenient for public transport and many bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.Krisztián easy to contact. Also arranged for us to stay an extra night when our flight unexpectedly cancelled.

Wonderful suite was really wonderful!
I can’t imagine a better location in Budapest! All sights were very walkable. The living space was large and the two bedrooms were on opposite sides of the apartment. So there was a great place to hang out in the middle. It was very hot when we were there and the air conditioning worked well. Would loved to stay there again!

Loved staying here. The apartment is very spacious and the bedrooms are on separate sides which my teenager loved. There is also bathrooms on both sides so that was super convenient. You have everything you need to be comfortable and a full kitchen. The location is great, you can walk to pretty much everything. We recommend!

The apartment design is great (Comfort perfekt). Many attractions are within walking distance. The nightlife in the area is great. The landlord is helpful and accommodating. Only the parking situation could be impoved.

Perfect location
Great location in Pest that enables access to multiple districts within 15-30 minutes walking (and close to the metro and multiple bus/trolly lines too). Pictures are accurate, host is lovely, and yes there is a billboard over the main windows, but its semi-transparent and doesn't hurt the view. Ensure blackout shutters are closed and the bright lights highlighting the advert arent an issue. Clean, quiet (with the exception of the occasional siren which is expected in a city), this apartment sets you up well for a comfortable trip. Yes, the master shower might be slightly different than what you're used to, but it works well and if it's a real problem for you, the second bathroom has a rainshower head. There wasn't a plug for the bath that we could find, but if thats something you need, a quick note to the host will give you a quick answer. There is an elevator on site, extra throw pillows in the closet, kitchen is set up well. Would stay again.

Beautiful apartment
The apartment is beautiful! The location is ideal for seeing all the sights. Krisztain, the host, was wonderful to deal with. The only negative is the primary master bath has a funky shower set up. You had to hold the water sprayer and water got all over the tub surface. You couldn't have a relaxing shower. But other than that, I highly recommend this unit.

Fantastic
Llorenc's listing is beautiful and perfect for our stay in Budapest. The location is very central, walkable to most parts of the city and about 5-10 mins from the trains. Additionally, the space is designed and decorated exquisitely, with lots of space and very clean. Highly recommend!

Overall, wonderful experience. Highly recommended. A bit costly for some but location and the place itself was very nice. Gated entrances and within walking distances of most sites. Only negative is parking but it is expected in the inner city. One of the better places we have stayed at.

Beautiful apartment in an excellent location!
My husband and I stayed in this wonderful apartment for 5 nights. It is in an excellent location--we walked everywhere, even to Heroes' Square. Really, it is close to just about everything a tourist would want to visit as well as to some neighborhoods in which to meld with the locals. Check-in was easy, the apartment was clean, and the double-pane windows kept out any street noise. We didn't cook in the kitchen, but it seemed fully stocked should we have wanted to. We would absolutely stay here again.

Spacious Apartment with Character
My husband and I stayed at this grand suite for 5 nights in September. First, the apartment was spotless, and the soaring ceilings spanned the entire flat. The views from both the living room and bedroom were immense, and we were fortunate to have a few beautiful sunsets to watch during our stay. Although we did not use the second bedroom, the master bed was very comfortable, and the blackout shutters and shades kept it peaceful and dark in the bedroom. Also, despite being at the intersection of two bustling streets, we heard no traffic noise and slept soundly every night. To top it off, the couch in the living room was actually really comfy as well. There was great water pressure for the shower (we used the guest bath because of the rain shower head), and the kitchen was well stocked, with complimentary water, coffee, and wine to get us through our first few days. Within quick walking distance was a Spar grocery store, which made it easy to replenish what we needed. Krisztian, the manager, was easily accessible and extremely accommodating as well. Our travels this go-round spanned 5 countries and 7 hotels/VRBOs, and I have to say that this accommodation was one of the best! We would definitely stay here again and will easily recommend it to friends and family.

Spectacular!
My husband and I spent 6 days in this beautiful, impeccably designed apartment. Photos capture all rooms well, but the apt design details and lighting are lovely. The view and sunsets overlooking the Käroly Kt are marvelous. In spite of traffic noise from this thoroughfare, the special window shades make the apt nearly soundproof at night,. The location is perfect for exploring the city —it’s very central and an easy walk to most anywhere in Pest and to Buda over nearby Elizabeth Bridge or the Chain Bridge. We highly recommend this apartment and and would definitely stay here on our next trip to Budapest.

Glorious apartment, glorious views, glorious sunsets....
I have visited Budapest for the last 8 years, normally in July, but also this year in October..I'm so glad I did and so glad I found this superb apartment on the 4th floor with amazing views of Karoly Korut and the big wheel....very quiet apartment despite the location, the metal shutters really did there job but don't the Budapest police have noisy sirens!!..I like a lot of space to move around, so this was perfect. I could go on but look at the photos and make a reservation, its the best apartment I've stayed in, by far. Looking forward to Oct 2018 already...

Magnificent Place with a View
We have stayed in many places and this is one of the very best. The interior is fully remodeled and tastefully decorated. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, an espresso machine, washing machine and lots of soaps for washing. The view from the large living room windows is spectacular and looks down the wide Karoly Boulevard. On May 1st there was a formula 1 race and we had the best seat to view it. The apartment is in the Jewish Quarter with its fun restaurants and busy night life. The first ruin bar is only a couple of blocks away. The metro is less than a block and it's an easy walk to the Danube. Lorenzo was very accommodating and helpful. We can say enough nice things about him or this apartment. We would recommend it highly to our closest friends

The apartment is really lovely and well decorated. Both bathrooms are very modern and attractively appointed, only lacking counter space in one. The apartment had everything we needed. We only used one bed and it was very comfortable. Note that the dryer is a clothes rack but our clothes dried very quickly because the washer left clothes dryer than our home washer. The refrigerator needs servicing as it wasn’t cold enough for milk products. We made the apartment contact aware of this so hopefully that has been addressed. We used the separate freezer instead. Highly recommend this place and would definitely use again if we visit Budapest again.

Great location. Excellent apartment.
Great experience from the start. Lorenzo was quick to respond to communication. We used him to set up driver from the airport and even though we got in early he was there. Apartment was just as in the photos. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Location is very central for Budapest, most places were an easy walk or public transport was nearby. Area around apartment had grocery store, restaurants and bars that were well priced and very close by. Driver confirmed our return to airport when he dropped us off and was there early for us. No down side to renting this apartment. As others have stated although it is on a busy road the apartment was very quiet. The blinds on the windows made the rooms very dark for sleeping when completely lowered. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We had 4 adults in this apartment and had ample space.
