Great spot on the lake, fully stocked kitchen. Cozy and campish just like I expected. Would stay again. Very clean, nice big bathroom, comfy beds. Oh the outdoor seating spots were wonderful. Would stay again.
Great view, comfortable, clean. Wonderful place to stay, long stairway to water but it is in excellent condition. Excellent communication with host. We had a lovely week.
The lake was so clean and beautiful and perfect for swimming. The deck was very big and wonderful for watching sunsets and loons. House is on a perfect part of the lake. We enjoyed kayaking everyday.
great place for swimming, Kayak, canoe or boating.
nice Quiet and peaceful place to stay. access to the lake is great, has a nice deck over the water to fish from or veg.
the house is comfortable and nice. didn't use the 89 address but it would be great for extended family to stay in with privacy.
What a great time we had at Camp Haven. It was on a quiet part of the lake which was ideal for coffee by the water in the morning, and just hanging out in the afternoon. Remembered how much I love toasted marshmallows with the fire pit near the water. We had everything we needed, and if we didn’t stores were not that far away. Thank you for sharing Camp Haven.
Camp Haven was exactly what we were looking for! My husband and 2 adult children and their significant others and our dog had a wonderful week on Webster Lake! The cabin was rustic but very clean. The beds were comfortable and the views of the lake were so beautiful! The deck at lake level with table and lounge chairs were where we spent most of our time….fishing, swimming, canoeing, campfire at night! Loved every minute!
Exactly as advertised and photographed. Plus a quiet half mile private road for strolling and a hidden track in the adjoining woods for hiking in solitude up to the power line. Best of all, the private waterfront faces an undeveloped wildlife management peninsula, making this the least busy area of Webster Lake. A well-equipped older cottage with an super-responsive host.
Beautiful spot! So quiet, peaceful, and private. Cottage has lots of “rustic charm,” which is exactly what my family and I were looking for. Property is also pet-friendly, which is a HUGE bonus for those of us with fur babies. Cute little town…nice neighboring towns as well. Honestly, the location of this property can’t be beat. For us, this property was truly a gem of a find…a much-needed sanctuary that left us feeling far removed from the daily grind. Highly recommend!
Very nice place for fishing, canoeing, enjoying the scenery and quiet calm. There was an issue with the plumbing/septic tank during our stay, but Bernadette was quick to come help resolve it which was most appreciated.
The beds were all single beds which took some adjusting sleeping apart from my husband, and the bathroom had 2 doors, so it was always a head count or a knock before attempting to use it, but the linens were clean, the property was well maintained, the living room was very comfortable, plenty of dishes and cups and cookware in the kitchen, and there is on-site laundry which was very nice.
Having lived at a house on Webster Lake for many years, we knew what to expect in terms of the rustic nature of the area and the property. This location is beautiful and very private. A pair of loons were teaching their new baby the ropes in the waters just off the docks. Very special! Bernadette responded quickly to our questions before and during our stay. We enjoyed having space on the patio to gather with friends, completing the available jigsaw puzzles, the sandy access to the lake and beautiful views. Our time went way too quickly! This is a special spot for a private, peaceful, rustic get away.
The weather was perfect for enjoying the wonderful waters of Webster Lake! The house was adorable and had a great view of the lake from the house. We spent ever moment enjoying the lake; swimming, canoeing or reading by the water. We were not able to use the detached building with two other beds due to the water heater issue, which was a bummer. The house had everything we needed. The house was located at near the end of a dead end street so it was perfect for our son to use his bike as there was hardly any traffic. This lake and property is a gem! We all feel more at peace from spending time on the lake! Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven.
My husband and I enjoyed our stay and would return. Bernadette was great to work with during check-in and if there were any issues. If you enjoy a rustic lake house, then you'll love this house. Also, Webster Lake is incredibly clear and never got too busy with boats.
Beautiful private location! Charming rustic house with full kitchen amenities. We were in the water almost every day. Loved the ability to access upper and lower decks. Highly recommend a stay!

We had a nice time on the water. Very quiet and clean water. House was a bit rustic but quaint.
I would recommend replacing the worn linens/towels with new ones. The current supply has seen better days
Kitchen was well supplied albeit small. Lights weren’t working in little pantry which made it a little difficult.
Furniture and carpets could use a thorough cleaning.
We made the most out of it and still had a good time. Thanks to Bernadette.

Excellent!
Clean, simple and relaxing sums up the stay here. From morning coffee on the upper deck where you can watch for eagles and loons to a day around the water, sunning on the lower deck or floating in the quiet cove without worry of boat traffic, camp Haven offers couples and families a simple getaway!

Wonderful getaway!
This was the perfect place to get together with family and the weather during our stay couldn't have been better. It was so quiet and peaceful, we loved the deck by the water. We swam almost every day and heard the loon calling at night. The house is clean, comfortable, and fully stocked. We picked my cousin up at the Manchester airport which wasn't too far from the lake, so pretty convenient. Bernadette was great, we felt very welcomed. We all wish we had more time there.

Great Location
This property is in a very private cove on a beautiful lake. The camp was a perfect lakeside retreat and was supplied with everything that we needed. There is only 1 bathroom in the camp between 2 bedrooms. The other bed/bath is across a very quiet dirt road and lacks the ambiance of the main camp.
