The villa has the master bedroom, en suite, on the first floor, two double bedrooms, en suite, a twin room on the ground floor and a twin room.The large dining and living room, comfortably accommodates all guests in the house. The living room has a direct connection to a large outdoor terrace facing south, overlooking the sea.

PROPERTY RULES
• No smoking allowed
• No parties or events allowed
• Groups under the age of 40 are not admitted.
• No pets allowed on the property
• Quiet hours from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM must be respected
• Occupancy limit must not be exceeded: up to 10 guests (including children)
• Guests are not allowed to leave trash or unwashed dishes on the property after check out, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged
• Failure to comply with the rules may result in guests being expelled from the accommodation without a refund

TOURIST TAX
Tourists are required to pay the tourist tax, in accordance with local law in force: per person over 13 years old and per night

CLEANING AND DISINFECTION
• Cleaning and disinfection carried out between stays.
• Bed linen and towels washed at a minimum of 60º degrees.

SAFETY: Fire extinguisher, first aid kit, fire blanket. CMTV in outdoor areas

CHECK-IN: Every day from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
