The villa has a 3-bedroom studio pavillion, a 4-roomed 4-roomed apartment and a 3-roomed apartment for 8 people

It is located at the beginning of the natural phenomenon of the Feniglia.
The Villa has a fenced park of 5000 square meters. Of pines, holm oaks, palm trees
Crossed by the sea-lagoon channel of orbetello (bushes, breams, etc.).
It is about 200 meters from the immaculate Feniglia beach
to 50 of the Feniglia naturalistic oasis (deer, wild boar etc.)
