Magnificent sea view, 23 m2 terrace and decor 50

Apartment of 75m2 + 23m2 terrace on the 3rd floor with elevator.
Living room and kitchen: large living room of approximately 35 m2.
Magnificent view of the sea. Very large and wide bay windows. Electric shutters. The living room is surrounded by a large terrace of 23 m2 where you can sit at the table. For shade, electric fabric blind on the facade + parasol on the side of the terrace, deckchairs.

The kitchen: original furniture, German kitchen 70. Dishwasher,
electric cooker with vitro hob, microwave oven. electric coffee maker with filters provided.

The living room: designer sofa from the 60s convertible for 1 person. All the furniture is period.
No TV but internet with fiber.

Tiki room: 10m2 room. Double bed (140x200), new bedding, mattress pads, new pillows, small bathroom, bay window overlooking the terrace and the sea. 50 Tiki decor.

Parc room: large room of 15 m2. Double bed (140x200), new bedding, new pillow covers. Large bay overlooking the Park and its pines.

Bathroom: renovated 3 years ago. very comfortable.
Separate WC.

Overall, particular care is taken in the decoration in the style of the great post-war years of Royan, voted the "most fifties" seaside resort in France.

Housekeeping included.
No linen provided.

The Parc de Vallières residence is located in front of the beach in the Parc which is a very popular place, quiet in the pine forest, with magnificent villas.
If you like the 50s, stroll through the park. There you will find the pretty Parc church, characteristic villas from the 1950s such as the boomerang villa or the white shadow.

Perfect stay

Nothing to complain. This location is perfect, just outside the real touristic part and the owners are very friendly. If you look for a relaxing holidays with seaside, you should book this location!

Séjour parfait

Nous avons passé 15 jours merveilleux dans cet appartement bien équipé. La situation est exceptionnelle, avec un accès direct à la plage, une vue mer imprenable, des couchers de soleil dont on ne se lasse pas. Il est idéalement situé pour explorer la région, les pistes cyclables sont nombreuses. Nous avons adoré traverser l'estuaire avec le bac, visiter l'île d'Oléron ou encore déjeuner à la Tremblade. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour. Les propriétaires sont attentionnés et nous ont donné de nombreux conseils pour profiter de notre séjour.

Super !

Nous avons vécu une très belle semaine dans ce grand logement face à la mer : quelle sérénité de voir cette plage au fil de la journée !Et il suffit de traverser la rue pour aller s’y poser ! Le logement correspond aux descriptions et est très bien équipé. Un seul bémol : le bar La Réserve fait trop de bruit passé minuit : il suffirait simplement qu’ils baissent les décibels ! Un local vélos serait souhaitable. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter . Merci aux propriétaires pour leurs conseils

St GEORGES DE DIDONNE

Nous avons passé 15 jours délicieux sur la rive droite de la Gironde avec en point de mire le phare de CORDOUAN visible à l'horizon. Nous étions 4 adultes et l'appartement est spacieux et calme à l'image de l'estuaire qui fait face. Et le cœur animé de ROYAN est à 2km à pied sur une promenade protégée de la circulation.

Très bel appartement

Appartement très agréable et très bien équipé. Sa très grande terrasse permet de profiter du soleil toute la journée et de superbes couchers de soleil. Seul point négatif mais les propriétaires n’y peuvent rien : du bruit quasiment tous les soirs à cause du bar de plage (mais qui ne devrait plus exister très bientôt) Un local à vélos serait un plus! Excellent contact avec les propriétaires et sa famille ainsi qu’avec la gardienne

Belle vue sur l'Atlantique

Un appartement confortable, bien équipé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Très belle vue sur une grande plage de sable blond et sur Royan, avec des ciels et des couchers de soleil somptueux. Nombreuses promenades à faire, à pied ou à vélo.

Schöne Wohnung direkt am Meer

Wir haben eine tolle Woche verbracht. Wohnung und Strand schön, nur bei Ebbe die Austernbänke sind ein kleiner Nachteil, aber ein paar Meter weiter kann man dann trotzdem gut baden.

Premières vacances avec notre petit fils : le top

Très satisfaits : l'appartement est lumineux, très fonctionnel, bien équipé ( plus que dans le descriptif) et la vue est magnifique. Il n'y a qu'à traverser la rue pour être sur la plage , les commerces et le marché de St Georges Didonne sont à 800m = 3 minutes en vélo .👍.La propriétaire nous a donné de nombreuses idées de visites et activités.Une semaine c'était trop court pour tout faire: nous reviendrions avec plaisir dans cet appartement .

Vue exceptionnelle sur la grande conche

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cet appartement. La vue sur la grande conche de Royan est exceptionnelle. L’appartement est très agréable, très lumineux et décoré dans le style années 50 et invite à s’intéresser à l’histoire de la reconstruction de Royan. Seul bémol, le restaurant sur la plage juste en face qui se transforme en club jusqu’à 2 heures du matin ! Effet de la crise sanitaire et de la fermeture des boîtes ? Mais c’est très largement compensé par la vue !

Bien sauf le bruit de la réserve bar guinguette jusqu a 4h du matin pétition en cours jusqu au préfet pas de notre part propriétaires des autres logements, et pas de dépôt de pain ou plats cuisinés comme indiqué par contre très beau logement spacieux

"plage privative"

appartement spacieux, très clair grâce au baies vitrées . Celles-ci donnant accès sur une terrasse en L très appréciable avec une vue panoramique exceptionnelle sur la plage qui nous paraît alors comme privative . Commerces et marchés à moins de 5 min en voiture tout comme le centre ville de royan. Accueil simple , efficace sans fioritures, chaleureux, à l'arrivée comme au moment de rendre l'appartemment.
