Gouda / Utrecht luxury farmhouse in the green heart

In the middle of the Groene Hart, between Oudewater, Schoonhoven and Gouda, but the major cities such as Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Utrecht are easy to reach.
We have 2 luxury apartments and 2 hotel rooms for up to 15 people.
Our thatched farmhouse from 1643 is still active as a dairy farm, of course you can come and see the milking robot, and maybe you can give the lambs a bottle of milk.
If you want to rent the entire farm as described above, the minimum number of people must be 13, even if you come with fewer people.
With different number of people;
With 2 people you get 1 room, with 4 people you get 1 apartment or 2 rooms, with 6 people you get 1 apartment and 1 room, with 8 people you get 2 apartments, with 10 people you get 2 apartments and 1 room, For at least 13 people must be entered throughout the farm, even if you come with fewer people.

We werden zeer gastvrij ontvangen en we hebben een heel prettig verblijf gehad. Vooral het meekijken op het bedrijf was erg leuk. De omgeving heeft veel te bieden, maar wij hebben vooral genoten van de rust.

Pieter and Saskia are the best of hosts. They make you feel like family and will assist in any way.
The farm is idyllic. The hosts wonderful. The space just perfect for our family of twelve. After 9 days we still were not ready to leave.

Trek to the motherland
Farm country and fresh air quite a change from city life. The farmhouse is roomy and was divided perfectly for our family. There was 4 separate units each with their own bathroom. 3 of the 4 units had cooking facilities and fridges. Most of the sights we wanted to see were north of Amsterdam which led to a bit extra travel time however the roads are amazing. The cows were an added attraction everyday and Peter was always willing to explain and answer any of the children’s questions. My grand daughter would like to return every year as she especially loved the soft cozy bed.

Family of 14 at Polsbroek farmhouse
Our family of 14 (7 adults and 7 kids) loved our stay at this farmhouse in a beautiful area of rural Holland. Facilities were good, and there was plenty to do, including toys at the farmhouse, friendly neighbors, cows in the back, a soccer field nearby, places to go with our rented bikes, and easy access to public transportation to urban centers. The owners, Pieter and Saskia, were very hospitable and helpful. The only suggestion we'd make is that the website be updated, because there is some information that has changed.

Apartamento muy completo, ubicado en una granja, en una zona a unos 15 minutos del acceso a varias autovías (buena zona para viajar por gran parte del país). Como aspectos a mejorar, los espacios comunes (que se encuentran un tanto dejados), los colchones son excesivamente blandos, y hay roturas en las mosquiteras (indispensables allí en verano).
