Emplacement top en centre ville
L'emplacement de cette petite maison de ville est l'atout majeur de ce logement. Vous pouvez tout faire à pieds (supermarché, boulangerie, plage, restaurants...) et êtes très proches du centre ville. La rue est en sens unique: elle est peu passante et donc au calme. Ce qui était aussi très appréciable, c'est la terrasse intérieure arborée sans vis à vis où nous avons pris tous nos repas et fait sécher nos serviettes au retour de la plage.

Petit standing au top
Maison bien entretenu par des propriétaires accueillant et chaleureux, proche de toutes les commodités et de la plage a pieds. Les pistes cyclables sont elles aussi proche. Petite terrasse sans vis a vis et au calme apportant du charme et de la convivialité. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Merci Gerald.

Idéalement situé au centre de Arcachon racontez-nous vos vacances
L'annonce peut paraître trompeuse car en réalité le ménage n'est pas compris le ménage au sein de la location est à la charge du locataire ce qui n'est pas évident au vu de l'annonce il manque également des produits pour le lave-vaisselle il manque également un ou deux torchons pour la vaisselle et une bassine pour la petite lessive sinon nous avons passé un excellent séjour

Petite maison agréable au centre d'Arcachon
Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans cette petite maison. Nous avons particulier apprécié le calme qu'il régnait et la terrasse permettant de prendre tous nos repas à l'extérieur. Quant au propriétaire, il s'est montré très disponible et aimable.

Très bon séjour
Maison agréable très bien localisée avec un patio où nous avons pris tous nos repas, à 10 mn à pieds de tout (plage, commerces, rues piétonnes, parc avec jeux pour les enfants...) tout en étant dans une rue calme, nos petites filles de 3 et 6 ans ont adoré et nous y reviendrons certainement.

petite maison tres bien situé, tres proche du centre d arcachon, dans ruelle au calme. maison propre et bien equipée. notre seul petit bemol serait sur le manque d equipements exterieurs.

tres mauvaise avec le proprietaire
l'appartement correspond à la description d'ABRITEL toutefois il n'est pas situé au fond d'un d'impasse donc dur de se garer le propriétaire est très désagréable modifie a sa convenance l'heure de départ donnée par ABRITEL il facture des frais supplémentaires de ménage alors que l'appartement est propre et qu'ils ont déja été payés à ABRITEL dommage car l'appartement est bien mais l'état d'esprit du propriétaire n'incite pas à lui louer

Location très bien située et calme
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, la location est bien située ( pas besoin de voiture de toute la semaine), tout en étant au calme. La terrasse permet de manger dehors mais mériterait une petite rénovation ( les dalles ne couvrent pas toute la surface et il faut caler les chaises). Situation géographique idéale.

Hyper bien placé, agréable, fonctionnel
Très bien placé ! Le propriétaire a été très aimable de venir nous chercher à la gare! Merci encore! Courette jolie et agréable. Une location que je recommande ! On peut cependant déplorer des équipements un peu sommaire ( pas d économe, un lave vaisselle très petit, aucune literie supplémentaire et literie présente pas complète ds notre cas ,peu de produit ménager, etc).

Petite maison centrale pour séjour calme et agréable !
A quelques minutes de la plage et du centre ville, mais très au calme, la maison est agréable et bénéficie d'un extérieur sans aucun vis à vis. Maison propre et équipée correctement pour une maison de vacances estivales.

Brilliant location but lacks some basic amenities
Very central for both beach & shops. Nice quiet street. Needs better cooking facilities i.e. an oven (microwave/grill not sufficient). For those limited to airline baggage restrictions, provision of sheets & towels is a must. Although nice to have a garden, it needs attention as overgrown & always seemed damp attracting many mosquitos. Apart from "work in progress" it was a super location & the owner is very kind & accommodating.
