Studio In centre of Porec Old Town By Water & Old Town Walls
A studio Apartment of 26 meters square, In excellent condition with a double bed
Pullout Single Sofabed available
This studio is not in the outskirts of town, not even a short (read that many times) Walk from town, we are directly in the middle of the Old Town as the pictures show
Walk out of our place and the first restaurants and bars are 25 meters away, water is only 50 meters away, Venice ferry about 350 meters away you will not need a car or transport other than your feet to see and do everything Porec has to offer
If you want a day trip there are plenty of agencies offering them close by
The biggest and best water park is just a short cab ride away or just walk to the public beaches or alternatively take the ferry for 15 kunas to St Nikolas island just a few hundred meters off shore
Rent a bike a short stroll away and check out the country side

About the host

We are a semi retired Expat couple, he is Australian and she is Floridian. We bought here in 2003 as a holiday house and moved here permanently since 2017. We are both members of the Porec Sailing and Rowing clubs which if you wish we can introduce you to to rent a Laser yacht or use of rowing machines for fitness, its entirely up to you or 2 min walk to swim off old town walls in front of 5th century Basilica the choice is yours!

What makes this property unique
Location,Location,Location! No need for a car! Fly to Venice spend a few days then take the ferry to just a few Hundred metres form our door. Alternately fly to Pula, Rijeka or Trieste and we can pick you up for a fee for less than Uber would cost!
