About this property

Built between 1850 and 1890, this lovely old house has been converted into two apartments, each with a very different ambiance. The apartments offer a view of the daily activities of residents and tourists. Both are 50 square meters with high ceilings and large windows facing the street. The bedrooms lead off the living room. The en suite showers are very large and the space is well designed. The kitchens are fully equipped with lots of counter space for creating your favorite delicacies. A secure lock up for bicycles is available on request.

This spacious top floor apartment has been completely renovated. The high beamed ceilings and the selection of contemporary furnishings give it a loft like feel. The open plan kitchen has been designed for those who enjoy cooking and entertaining and is fully equipped. The bedroom has plenty of storage and hangers are provided. The bathroom has a large shower, drawers for cosmetics and is equipped with a hair dryer.

We relocated to Capestang in 2008 having lived in Cape Town from 2003 to 2007 and 25 years in San Francisco prior to that. We love living in this working village and enjoy all it offers.

This property needed major renovation and offered us the challenge we wanted.

What makes this property unique

Our central location between the Place Jean Jaures in the centre of the village and the Canal du Midi allows you to stroll along the canal or to the square for a coffee or glass of wine.
This is a no smoking building with free wifi. The apartment, Olivier, is on the second floor. We do not accept pets or children under 18
