Nice communal garden area with swimming pool and elevator. Apartment on the 2nd floor. Very quiet area with no parking problems.Perfect for relaxing dinner on the terrace enjoying the views, being by the pool and the beach. Advisable to have own vehicle to get around. ALDI and LIDL + Portal La Marina commercial center 15min by car. Bikes can be made available for free.
