A holiday apartment perfect for families wanting to stay right next to the beach and close to Estepona port and town centre. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a fully fitted kitchen and a south-east facing balcony. A comfortable property with a high speed fibre optic Wifi connection and a central air-con system in all bedrooms and living room. The master bedroom has a double bed with en-suite bathroom and the second and third bedroom are twins. The en-suite bathroom has a bathtub and overhead shower and the second bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The balcony area has a dining table for six guests ready to enjoy the morning sun. The living area has a dining table for six with a large leather sofa along with an international TV streaming package including Sky for the 32" flat screen.
